学习型企业构建全面培训的立体课程体系研究

【摘要】 知识经济时代,学习型企业的构建必将成为未来企业的主要内涵,大量的传统企业正逐渐向学习型企业的方向转变,而企业培训无疑成为创建学习型企业的关键因素。另外,在企业竞争中唯有具备持续、长久的核心竞争力方能立于不败之地,而这种核心的竞争力除资金、技术等因素以外,还有一个关键因素就是员工队伍的整体高素质能确保企业达成各项目标。以提高员工素质而开展的培训及培训体系的构建对企业发展具备特殊的战略意义。本文在成功构建学习型企业的总要求下,探索构建系统完整的培训体系为研究目标,针对我国目前企业培训存在的主要缺陷,将研究的核心放在构建立体课程体系概念上。培训调查结果显示,我国企业培训最大的软肋是缺乏合理有效的、符合企业、岗位以及员工个人发展需求的培训课程。为解决这一问题,笔者提出了构建立体课程体系的设想。该立体课程体系主张培训分为三种不同培训对象、三个不同培训层次以及三种不同培训类型,区分不同培训内容和培训对象的特点,并选择适当的培训方法来增强培训效果。以此构成的立体课程空间,确保企业的每一个员工都能在一定时期接受不同类别与层次的培训,逐步提高员工知识、技能和整体素质。员工整体素质的提高有利于学习型企业的构建,而企业拥有一批高素质员工,提高企业的竞争力,企业效益也随之提高。以立体课程体系为中心,加上合理的需求分析、现代化培训手段、正确的师资选择以及有效的培训评估,构成了系统性的培训体系。企业培训不再是形式,它即规划出了企业员工个人的职业生涯蓝图,又使得企业获得更高的效益,培训是使得企业与个人共赢的有效手段。在理论研究之后,本文从技术实现角度考虑,体现立体课程体系的思想方法。设计开发了培训管理与在线学习平台,创造性的提出增长型知识库与动态学习的概念。传统意义的培训加上e-learning(e-training)与现代信息科技手段方法结合的新培训方式,促使企业培训向着可发展、可持续的方向前进。

【Abstract】 In the time of the knowledge economy, study enterprises will become the main content of future enterprises, a large number of traditional companies gradually become study enterprises. Only have long-term core competitiveness can the enterprise be invincible. In addition to the factor of finance and technique, a high-quality work team can make the enterprise reach all the goals. To the development of the enterprise, it has special and strategic meanings to advance the employees’ diathesis and establish a good training system.Exploring to establish a integrated training system is the research objectives in this paper. Facing to the major defects of enterprises training in China, establishing a three-dimensional training course system is the core of this research. Survey results showed that the largest weakness of enterprise training in china is lack of effective traming course to settle for the real demands of enterprise, work and individual staff. To solve such a problem, the three-dimensional training course system is composed of three different training staffs, three training levels and three types of training styles. So based on the different training content and staffs, choosing the proper training methods can advance the effect of enterprise training. Such a three-dimensional training course system assure each staff can join the different training in some time, and the knowledge, competence of every staff can be gradually advanced. Then the competitiveness and benefits of the enterprise are both increased.The comprehensive and systematic training system involves the three-dimensional training course system, reasonable demand analysis, training incentive protection mechanism, training institutions, training assessment and results communication. The enterprise is no longer a modality. It not only programs the employee’s career, but also brings the enterprise higher benefits. In a word, the training is to enable enterprises and individuals an effective means to win.After the theoretical studies, this paper designs an online curriculum development and learning platform. In this platform, it advances the increasing database and dynamic learning. The combination of traditional training with the E-learning modern information and technology new-style training mode make the enterprise developmental and sustaining.
