虚拟教研平台的设计与实现

【摘要】 信息化是当今世界发展潮流,一个国家的信息化水平已经成为衡量其现代化水平和综合国力的重要指标。提高国民的信息素养,培养信息化人才是国家信息化建设的根本,教育信息化是国家信息化建设的重要基础。教师教育信息化既是教育信息化重要组成部分,又是推动教育信息化的重要力量’。教师面临信息化教育改革和新课程改革的双重挑战,急需调整甚至是改变他们的教学行为,提高自身信息素养,寻求促进其专业发展的教研新模式,以踏准信息化的步伐。如何让信息技术引领校本教研,借助信息技术促进教师专业发展,让校本教研走上信息化之路,则是本文探究的方向。前言陈述了研究的背景和当前的研究现状,介绍了本研究采用的方法和研究目标,并对重要的概念进行了界定。第一章采用文献研究法和调查法,详细探讨了校本教研现状,对面向信息化教师专业发展的知能需求作出分析,提出校本教研信息化的思路。第二章首先通过分析现状认定构建虚拟教研平台是校本教研信息化的有效解决方案,然后为虚拟教研寻求理论支撑,并提出协同备课、协同评课、协同教师圈等理念,接着对虚拟教研平台进行详细需求分析,根据分析结果设计出虚拟教研平台的原型。第三章为虚拟教研平台的建设寻求技术支持,介绍了用Web services分布式技术来构建虚拟教研平台的优势,并为虚拟教研平台的各项功能介绍了具体的技术实现方法。第四章是对项目试点的反馈与评价。参与项目的教师经过初期的磨合之后,逐渐体验到虚拟教研方式对自身发展的意义,从开始被动接受信息技术培训,到现在利用虚拟教研平台主动去探索解决方案,可以说,该平台设计的功能正在体现出来。最后,为了达到避免资源重复建设的目的,提出“数字化校园”与虚拟教研平台的整合方案,对虚拟教研中存在的问题进行了分析,并展望了虚拟教研的未来发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The informatization is the tide of world development, the level of a country’ s informatization become the important measure of the civil modernization level and the overall national strength. Enhancing the civil information accomplishment and training personnel also become the foundation of building informatization. The informatization of teacher’ s education is not only an important part of educational informatization but also a major force that pushes the educational informatization. The teachers should enhance the information accomplishment and coordinate or change their teaching actions to adjust themselves to the pace of educational informatization. How to use IT to lead the school-based instructional research? How to use IT to promote the teacher’ s professional development? All of these are the research directions of this Thesis .The preface explain the content studied of the subject, has defined some important concepts, have stated the background studied and present current research situation, and this method adopted of research, goal in research.Chapter one use the method of studying literature and survey, have analysed the demand of the teacher’ s professional development in the information environment, has put forward the thought of the informatization school-based instructional research.Chapter two pointed out that designing virtual instructional research platform was the efficient solution to realize the informatization instructional research. Then put forward the concept of the cooperative preparing for lessons, cooperative appraising courses. After analysed the demand of the designing virtual instructional research platform, described the prototype of the virtual instructional research platform.Chapter three has introduced the advantages that use Web Services to build the virtual instructional research platform. Then intro how to realize every function of the virtual instructional research platform.Chapter four has introduced a place where an experiment was made. Then state the feedback from the teachers who has taken part in the virtual instructional research.The last Chapter has dreamed up the solution which integrated the virtual instructional research platform and the digital campus. Look into the future of the virtual instructional research platform, we see a vista of limitless promise.
