高职毕业生择业焦虑及影响因素研究

【摘要】 择业期间的焦虑情绪具有一定的动机作用,但过度焦虑则会对高职毕业生的身心健康和择业产生一定的负面影响。因而,高职院校及心理教育工作者必须对此给予足够的关注,并提供心理辅导和帮助。本研究用自编问卷对三个年级的高职生共787名被试进行问卷调查,结果发现:(1)自编的《高职毕业生择业焦虑及影响因素调查问卷》具有较好的信度和效度。通过探索性因素分析,共得到八个因子,即:择业情景、行为表现、学校因素、择业期望、自身条件、自我认知、择业前景担忧、择业结果担忧。(2)大三的高职毕业生与一、二年级高职学生相比存在明显的焦虑。(3)高职毕业生的择业焦虑在生源、专业类别、是否是独生子女、父亲受教育程度等方面没有表现出差异,而在主观就业压力、实践经历等其它方面却表现出了显著的差异。(4)高职毕业生的择业焦虑与社会支持、稳定性之间存在极其显著的负相关,与特质焦虑、焦虑自评、忧虑性和紧张性之间存在极其显著的正相关。(5)采用逐步回归方法,特质焦虑、对支持的利用度、紧张性、稳定性先后进入了回归方程,根据结果建立Y=134.469+0.622X1-3.579X2+11.0961X3-7.388X4(X1为特质焦虑;X2为对支持的利用度;X3为紧张性;X4为稳定性)的回归方程。本研究的结论说明在高职院校进行择业辅导和咨询,进行就业前的培训,提高择业技巧及高职毕业生缓解自身焦虑的技能,增强心理素质的必要性和重要性。

【Abstract】 Anxiety emotion of the students in period of vocation selecting is provided with some motivation function. But overfull anxiety will have some negative influence on the body and mind health of students of vocational college and their choosing employment. Thus, vocational college and the psychology teaching staff should pay more attention on this and give mentality tutorship and some help.This study used the questionnaire to the three grades of 787 vocational college students, the result of the survey showed:(1)《The questionnaire of the vocational college graduates’ employment anxieties and the influencing factor of it》has better reliability and validity. There are eight factors: career selecting scenarios, the behavior, the school element, the career expectation, the self-condition, the self-cognition, the worry of the career foreground, the worry of the employment result.The vocational college students of grade three suffered more anxieties than the students of grade one or two.(3) There is no difference in the vocation selecting anxiety of the hometown, the major, weather is the only child and the education level of his or her father, but they are different in subjective employment pressure, practice experience, and so on.(4) The anxiety has the negative relation between the social support and stability, has the positive relation among trait anxiety, self-comment anxiety, worries and tension. (5) Using the stepwise regression, the trait anxiety, use of the support, tension and stability come into the regression equation, the regression equation of the Y=134.469+0.622X1-3.579X2+11.096X3-7.388X4 (X1 trait anxiety; X2 use of the support; X3 tension; X4 stability) can be set up by the result.This study wants to show the necessity and the importance of the vocational college students employment tutorship and consultation, Pre-employment training, enhancing career skills, skills of easing anxiety, and enhancing the psychological quality.
