【摘要】 都市休闲街作为一种新型旅游目的地已在世界上蓬勃发展了许多年。自改革开放以来,国内各大城市都纷纷建设自己的都市旅游休闲街。可以这样说,国内有多少大中城市,就有多少都市休闲街。都市休闲街大都依托所在城镇背景进行开发和建设,在自身获得迅速成长的同时,也推动了城镇旅游业和地方的发展,对强化所在地区的市场认知形象,以及保护和发掘当地历史文化遗产做出了积极的贡献。自20世纪90年代以来,都市休闲街和当地城镇互动发展之间已形成一种十分重要的辩证关系,而对都市休闲街和当地城镇的彼此依存关系及相互影响进行实证研究的并不多。七宝古镇休闲街是在具有江南古镇背景的七宝古镇城镇化建设开发中体现的典型实例,休闲街和古镇发展的互动影响非常显著。本文以上海七宝古镇休闲街为研究对象,主要研究和重点探讨以下几方面的问题。第一,都市休闲街及七宝古镇发展情况总结;第二,七宝古镇和都市休闲街的相互作用分析;第三,两者互动发展中存在的问题及影响因素;第四,都市休闲街及七宝古镇互动发展的目标及对策。整个研究坚持理论与实践相结合、逻辑与历史相统一,以及定性研究与定量分析相结合的原则和方法,通过发展现状、影响因素、良性互动这几个切入点来全面深入剖析上海七宝古镇休闲街这一案例,进而由特殊到一般,得出具有普遍性意义的结论和启示。本文共分为五个部分。第一章绪论,主要是介绍了本文的研究意义、研究方法与研究内容,在参阅大量国内外相关研究文献的基础上,对国内外有关都市休闲街的研究进行了梳理。第二章是本文研究的背景介绍,对上海市闵行区七宝古镇的经济发展、旅游业发展,以及七宝古镇休闲街的发展现状作了总结和概括。第三章是在问卷调查的基础上,对七宝古镇休闲街的客源市场结构、游客行为倾向进行了分析。第四章围绕资源、市场、品牌、文化等几个方面,对于上海市闵行区七宝古镇与休闲街之间的相互作用关系、存在问题和影响因素进行了分析探讨。第五章在前面几章分析的基础上,提出了都市休闲街与当地经济互动发展的原则、目标和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 A fallow street of a city has vigorously developed in the world as a new type of travelling destination for many years .Since reforming and opening to the world every big city in our country has built its fallow street of its own one after another. We may say in this way , there certainly will be as many as fallow streets, if there is the number of cities in our country. Development and building of fallow streets depends on the backgroungs of towns and cities,and at the sme time of the rapid growth ,also promots the travelling industry of towns and cities, and makes acitive contributions of strengthening ccongnitive market images of their localitires and of protecting and scooping local cultural heritage. Since the 1990s the interactive development between fallow streets and local towns and cities has taken shaped an importment dialectical relationship ,but we don,’t get on with too many studies of the positive cases of the interdependent relationship and mutual influences of fallow streets and local towns and citisAged-Old Qibao Town possessing the background of aged-old town of Sourth Yangtze embodies the typical example in the way of the progress of the development of townization and citization of Aged-Old Qibao Town, and the interactive affections of developments of fallow streets and Afed-Old Qibao Town are very prominent.The paper treates Aged-Old Qibao Town of Shanghai as the object of study, and focal-points of main study probe the following questions :1、The summety of the states of the development of fallow streets and Aged-Old Qibao Town; 2、The analysis of mutual affects Aged-Old Qibao Town and fallow streets of cities;3、The existing problems and affecting elements of the interactive development between the above two;4、Objectives and sosution of interactive development of fallow streets and Aged-Old Qibao Town.The whole study persists on combine of theory and practice、unity of logic and history,and combine of qualitative study and quantitative qnalysis,and completely dissects this case of the fallow street of Aged-Old Qibao town of Shanghai by stydying the states of the development、affecting elements anf healthy interaction,and raises particularity to generality,and obtains a conclutiona posessing common signifigance and an enlightenmentThe paper is divided into five parts.Part One is an introduction,The part deals mainly with presenting the significancethe method and the contents of the studies of the paper, and organizes the studies related to fallow streets at home and abroad on the basis of reading the selected works concerned at home and abroad. Part Two is the background introduction of the studies of the paper, and a summary and outline of the development of the economy and the travelling industry ,and the current situation of the development of Aged-Old Qibao Town of Min Hang Distrct in Shanghai.Part Three deals with the analysis of the market composition of source of tourists t、he tendency of the tourists’ behaviour of the fallow street of Aged -Qibao Town on the basis of the investigation of question-and anser papers.Part Four deal with the analysis and probe of the mutual relation betweens of Aged-Old Qibao Town of Min Hang District in Shanghai and the fallow street of the existing prolems and influencing elemens around the resources、the brand names and the culture ad so on..Part Five ideals with putting forword the principles、the targets and the solutions of fallow streets of cites and the interactive development of fallow streets and local economy on the basis of the analyses from the above parts.更多还原
