【摘要】 随着科学技术飞速发展,计算机网络技术在教育领域被广泛运用,现代开放教育已成为人类终身学习的重要途径。电大开放教育作为现代远程开放教育的一项重要内容和组成部分,其发展将直接关系到我国现代远程开放教育的发展,因电大开放教育学生的学习方式是以自主学习为主,面授和协作学习为辅,因而加强对电大学生的自主学习管理,对远程开放教育的发展至关重要。论文首先分析了PH电大面临的生源竞争情况,说明了加强电大自主学习管理的必要性,接着对一些基本概念如自主学习、远程教育、开放教育、自主学习管理作了界定,并综述了远程开放教育下自主学习管理的国内外现状,然后分别从全面质量管理、元认知、远程学习圈这三方面阐述了自主学习管理的基本理论,并在该些理论的指导下,调查了目前PH电大自主学习管理的现状,发现学生自身、教师自身存在问题,学生、教师和学习资源的交互过程中也都存在问题,对此,笔者通过分析得出,其主要原因在于学生的元认知发展水平不高和管理制度不完善,笔者通过结合对学生及教师的访谈,针对这些问题及原因提出了相应的对策和建议,认为必需加强对学生的管理,加强对教师的管理,并进一步完善学习过程的监督管理制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the quick development of science and technology, computer network technology has been widely applied in the education field, modern open education has been an important approach to lifelong education for human beings. The open education of TV university is an important part of the modern open distance education, and it would straightly influence the development of the modern open distance education in our country. As to the study methods of the open education in TV University, independent study is the priority , the face to face teaching and collaboration study are the supplement. For the development of the open distance education, it is very important to strengthen the independent study management of the students in TV University. The dissertation analyses the intense competition that PH Radio and TV University has faced in students resources, and brings forward the topic of improving the independent study management, then, gives the definitions of some basic concepts, such as independent study, distance education, open education, independent study management. The dissertation also summarizes the current situation in the independent study management at home and abroad, and then, elaborates the basic theories of independent study management from the Elementary Management(comprehensive quality control), General Psychology (Metacognition), and Pedagogics (distance study zone). Under this theory, By investigating the present situation of independent learning management in PH Radio & TV University, the writer discovers the existing problems of students and teachers, as well as the problems in the interactive learning between the students, teachers and the study resources. The writer interviews some students and teachers, and find out the main reason is that most of the students don’t have a good understanding of Meta- cognition and the management system is not perfect enough. For these problems and reasons, the thesis draws the corresponding measures and advices: strengthen the management of the students and the teachers, and improve the supervision and management system in the study process.更多还原
