【摘要】 兴趣小组活动是指在课堂教学以外的时间,对有相同兴趣和爱好的学生结成的小组实施有指导的活动,本质上是学校选修课的一种形式。兴趣小组活动在给学生创造自由、生动活泼的学习环境,使学生根据自己的兴趣和爱好自愿地选择活动,促进学生身心发展等方面具有积极意义。但在实践中,兴趣小组存在一系列的问题,针对其改进措施的探讨基本上是经验型的,缺少从历史背景出发,以个案为对象,对兴趣小组活动的发展进行深入地研究。论文采用个案研究方法,以一所小学为个案对象,对该所小学开展兴趣小组活动的历程进行梳理,对发展中的经验与问题进行分析,试图为正确认识兴趣小组活动在学校课程中的价值,改进兴趣小组活动,促进学生发展提供一个思考的视角。论文界定了兴趣小组活动的内涵,论述了中小学兴趣小组活动在我国不同教育背景下的价值追求与实施状况,并探讨了兴趣的多方面性、兴趣与自由、兴趣与努力、兴趣与指导等兴趣小组活动研究的核心问题。论文呈现了一所小学开展兴趣小组活动的历程,阐述了在不同的教育背景下该所小学在扩大学生的选择权、加强兴趣小组活动的管理、促进学生兴趣发展方面所做的努力,并揭示了在发展过程中所遇到的困惑与问题。论文探讨了兴趣小组活动在价值追求、选择与规范,兴趣与发展方面的问题,提出了发展学校兴趣小组活动的行动建议:旨在发展学生兴趣;利用课程资源,给学生更多的选择权;加强规范,为学生的兴趣发展指明方向;处理好兴趣小组活动与学校其他课程的关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Interest Teams’ activities, conducted by students with similar interests under the guidance of teachers, actually are one of elective programs in school. Interest Teams’ activities play an import role in creating a comfortable and inspiring environment, where students are able to take part in any activity as they like, which will enhance students’ physical and mental development. Therefore it is meaningful to do a research on it.This paper focuses on Interest Teams’ activities in an elementary school as a case. By carrying up the history of these activities, this school’s effort to enlarge the area of students’ choice, to conduct these activities more effectively, to upgrade the ability of students is revealed. Additionally, to refine these activities both good experiences and problems in the history are analyzed and some key issues are discussed, including the variety of interests and the relationships between interests and freedom, interests and effort, interests and guidance.Based on the work above, lots of suggestions are concluded: the developments of students’ various interests should be viewed as the aim of Student Associations’ activities; students should get more choices using the source of school program; the teachers’ guidance should be more effective by establishing some regulation; and these activities should cooperate with other school programs.更多还原
