我校社会体育专业改革及其发展对策的调查研究

【摘要】 社会体育是我国体育事业的重要组成部分,建设、发展和繁荣社会体育事业是目前和今后我国体育事业的重要任务和奋斗目标。培养满足社会体育科学健康发展需要的专门人才,必然需要对社会体育规律特点进行专门研究和概况的社会体育学科体系。社会体育专业是培养社会体育专门人才的专设专业,其发展水平与质量优劣将与我国社会体育事业兴衰成败息息相关。努力建设和发展面向社会体育新专业,是我国高等体育院校义不容辞的责任。我校自2002年开设社会体育专业以来,已有6年的历史了,目前已有两届毕业生,短短的六年,我校的社会体育专业在各方面均取得了一定的进步与发展,为了更好地发展我校社会体育专业,本研究在大量理论研究的基础上,通过对我校社会体育专业学生、教师、就业实习单位以及全国开设有社会体育专业的负责人进行了问卷调查,了解目前我校社会体育专业发展的现状以及社会体育专业的市场需求,同时还对目前开设社会体育专业比较成功的院校的办学经验进行了对比研究,经过调查与分析,得出以下结论:1.我校社会体育专业培养目标实施不够明确,学生入学前对专业的不太了解,共同导致学生专业认识不高,学习方向不明确。教师对学生学习态度以及专业知识与技能的掌握与运用情况也不太满意,应将培养目标的有效实施与管理贯穿于课程设置与教师教学中。2.我校社会体育专业方向不宜分得过细,应培养以经营管理型和健身指导型为主的综合性人才。3.我校社会体育专业学生的与人交际沟通能力、社会适应能力、知识运用能力较突出,但实践应用能力和组织协调能力还有待加强。4.我校社会体育专业在课程设置上的专业特色不太明显,与社会市场需求联系不够紧密,实践与操作类课程较少,应根据社会市场需求设置应用性较强的课程。5.我校社会体育专业应根据需求增加社会体育实践实习时间,采取多领域、分散与集中相结合的方式加强学生实践实习管理。6.我校社会体育专业教师教学存在重教轻学,忽视学生的知识运用能力和创新思维、创造能力的培养,教学内容比较陈旧等现象,需加强对师资队伍的建设与教师教学的管理。

【Abstract】 Social sport is one important component of the career of physical education in our country, the construction, development and prosperity of social sport career would be a constant major task and goal for a long time. The cultivation of special staff, who can promote the development of social sport, needs to better understand the feature and general situation of social sport. The major of social sport is characterized to be a major of special staff for social sport, the quality and development is closely interrelated to the failure of success of social sport career in our country. Try our best to found new major facing the society will be an unavoidable duty for national institutes and colleges.The social sport in East China Normal University had been set up since 2002, with two student-grades and the progress and development was obviously. To better promote the development of social sport major in ECNU, the methods of literature research, Delphi method, questionnaire, comparison analysis, and statistics were adopted in this study, which investigated the current situation and future of social sport major in ECNU. The results showed that:1. The goal of cultivation of social sport student is not very clear, with the misunderstanding of the major for the students, and therefore hinder students from improvement, and the dissatisfactory of teacher for the performance of the students’ attitude and situation of learning, so we should let the goal of cultivation run effectively through the curriculum setting and teaching;2. The detail of major should not be too concrete, it should be the category of the compound staff with operation, management and social sport guide ability;3. The ability of communication, adaptation and application of knowledge should be emphasized, the ability of consultation for the social sport, development for the industry of social sport, and their operation and management needs to be improved;4. There are also some problems on the setting of curriculum and the connection with market, and the opportunity for practice;5. The time of practice needs to be increased and the way of practice should be multi-discipline, fulfill with disperse and concentrated;6. The teacher neglect the learning, and the creative thought of the students, what’s more, the content of teaching is also old fashion to the students, thus, it reminds us that the quality improvement of teacher and management of the teacher needs to be upgraded.
