【摘要】 上海作为国际化程度比较高的城市,“优先发展教育”的战略选择不仅是规模性的发展,更是结构性的发展和职业教育与普通教育和谐发展的重心转移。特别是职业教育的大发展要聚焦质量、内涵发展,使职业教育(培训)从“水平效应”转向“结构效应”;从职业教育的区域布局调整转向结构性、功能性调整;从现有的职业教育(培训)资源存量转向资源增量的管理制度;从“供给导向”的职业教育发展思路转向“需求导向”的战略规划选择。因此,有效、科学整合职业教育资源,对于构建和谐社会,实现充分就业,满足社会成员自由选择职业和个人发展的需求、满足价值多元需求和经济社会发展对人才的需求具有极其重要的意义。论文共分四章:绪论、现状、问题与原因和对策研究第一章,内容为绪论,简要地介绍了研究的意义、目的、内容和概念的界定,以及文献综述。第二章介绍了上海职业教育资源的现状,整理出上海职业教育资源类型及分布,并概括性描述了其利用状况。第三章介绍了上海职业教育资源整合的基本问题及成因分析,整理出上海职业教育(培训)发展面临的新环境及其存在的问题,并具体地分析了上海职业教育资源整合存在问题的成因。第四章介绍了大职业教育观视野下的资源整合与构思,对大职业教育观和大职业教育体系的建立、学历职业教育与职业培训的资源一体化整合模式的建立和有效整合职业教育(培训)资源思路、建议与对策进行了说明。最后是结语,概括性地总结了上海职业教育资源整合的作用与影响,及上海的职业教育将出现新的发展趋势,并试图提出一些研究者本人对问题的进一步展望和期待。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a high internationalized city,the strategic choice of Shanghai that "developing education first" is point transferation of not only the education scale development but also the structure development and the concordant development of vocational education and normal education.Especially the big development of vocational education must focuse the development of quality and content,which making the vocational education(training) change direction from "the level effect" to "the structure effect" ;From the district layout adjustment to the structure and function adjustment of the vocational education;From the Saveing resources management system to the increasing resources management system of the vocational education(training);From the vocational education development way of thinking of supply a direction" to the strategic programming choice of "the need direction".Therefore, integrating vocational education resources in science ground effectively for setting up a harmonious society,carrying out a full employment, satisfying the the need of social member to choose occupation and personal development, satisfying the freely worth diverse need and the need of talented person in economic society development has very important meaning.This paper is divided into four totally:the introduction,present condition,problem and reason,Countermeasure study.Chapter 1,an introduction, introduces the meaning,purpose,contents,concepts defining of the research, and literature overview.Chapter 2 ,introduces the present condition of the vocational education resources in Shanghai,tidys up the type and district layout of Shanghai vocational education resources, and describes the usage condition generally.Chapter 3 ,introduces the basic problem in the Shanghai vocational education resources integration,and analyses the reasons,tidys up the new surrounding and the existed problem which the vocational education(training) development faces in Shanghai,analyses the reasons of the problem that the vocational education resources integration faces in Shanghai concretely.Chapter 4 ,introduced the outline of resources integration under big vocational education view,describes the establishment of the big vocational education view and the big vocational education system,describes the mode of integration which between certification vocational education resources and vocational education(training) resources,carries out the way,suggestion and Countermeasure of the vocational education resources integration.Last,the epiloge, summarizes the function and infection of the vocational education resources integration generally and the new developing trend of vocational education which will appear in Shanghai,and tries to put forward some further outlook and expectation of researchers to the problem.更多还原
