【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程加快,楼宇经济成为城市经济的重要组成部分的时代大背景下,楼宇青年已成为备受人们关注的群体,他们的自我认同问题也日益成为探讨的热点话题。本论文运用问卷调查法,结合访谈法与文献研究法,对楼宇青年进行了调查,深入洞察了他们的内心世界,从而较为系统地对其自我认同状态进行了研究。本论文由七章构成,内容概述如下:第一章为绪论,概述了本研究的背景、基础和意义。楼宇经济的兴起和楼宇青年群体的壮大为本研究确立了社会基础和人员基础,成人教育学科的发展与纲领的提出为其奠定了学科基础,现代社会个人自我认同问题的凸现说明本研究的意义所在。第二章为基本概念,主要对青年、楼宇青年概念,自我认同及相关概念进行了分析与界定,列举了来自辞书和专家的概念解释并进行分析解读,明确本研究中楼宇青年及自我认同的涵义。第三章为文献综述,对于国内外对楼宇青年和自我认同的研究成果进行梳理和分析,明确自我认同的现有研究成就和有待深入研究的问题。第四章为研究的具体实施过程,从研究目标的设定、研究对象的选择到问卷的回收、数据的处理的整个研究行进路线进行详尽的阐述。第五、六章是对楼宇青年的自我认同实证研究,展现、分析了楼宇青年自我认同状态分布呈现的现状、特点及原因。这两章构成了本研究的主体部分。其中第五章主要通过问卷调查、数据统计来了解楼宇青年自我认同现状,得出基本结论。第六章主要分析了楼宇青年自我认同状态分布呈现的特点及其原因。第七章是关于楼宇青年自我认同调适的思考。本章主要从楼宇青年和成人教育工作者两个角度对如何调适楼宇青年自我认同作出思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As China’s urbanization process accelerated, CBD economy becomes an important part of city economy and CBD youth as a group has been focused. Today more and more researchers are discussing their self-identity issues. Using survey, interview and literature research methods, the author researches 278 CBD youth to know what they thought, and gives a systematical study on their self-identity status.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:The first chapter is introduction, describing the background, foundation and significance of the research. The rising of CBD economy provides the social foundation, the growth of the CBD youth the personnel foundation, and the development of adult education the subject foundation. Self-identity issues in modern society highlight the significance of the research.The second chapter is the analysis of basic concepts about youth, CBD youth, self-identity and the related concepts, mainly from dictionaries and experts.The third chapter is literature summarization. On the basis of document study of domestic and international researches, this section analyses the main achievements and subsistent deficiency of this research field.The fourth chapter is the implementation plan, introducing the whole process ofthis research in details, such as the research aim, the object of study, the questionnaires, the research methods and the data processing.The fifth and sixth chapters make up the main parts of the thesis, presenting the reality of the self-identity status of the CBD youth and the influence factors. The fifth chapter gives a detailed presentation of the self-identity status of the CBD youth through data analysis. The sixth chapter analyses the characteristic and the factors influencing their self-identity status.The last chapter is about the thoughts on how to adjust the self-identity status, for the CBD youth and on how to give support for adult educationists.更多还原
