集散型电法系统设计

System Design of Distributed Control Electrical Prospecting

【摘要】 近年,煤矿突水事故时有发生,给人民的生命财产带来极大的危害。因此,通过电磁法研究矿井地下地质构造,预测水害发生,对煤矿的安全生产具有极大的意义。集散型电法系统采用主从式网络结构,由上层主机控制各个智能电极工作。通过供电电极在地下建立稳定的电场,利用分散的采集电极采集多点数据,再将这些数据通过RS485总线发送到主机。主机接收到数据后,对这些数据分析处理并绘制视电阻率曲线图,从而推断出矿井的地下地质构造,发现可能发生突水的区域。本文通过对常规电法、高密度电法及矿井音频电透视法的理论和施工方法的研究,分析了适合矿井电法勘探的施工方法,在此基础上提出了集散型电法系统的设计方案,将系统划分为主机控制模块和智能电极模块。文中对集散型电法系统的智能电极在软硬件上进行了研究与设计。对智能电极的硬件电路进行了规划,针对智能电极的微控制器电路、A/D转换电路、电极工作方式设定电路、RS485数据通信电路等进行了详细地设计,选取了智能电极所需的硬件器件;智能电极软件设计中,将软件按功能划分为主程序模块、A/D读写程序模块、中断程序模块、并对每个模块进行了程序编写。提出了系统的通信解决方案,设计了主机与智能电极的通信协议。最后对智能电极的软硬件进行了调试。集散型电法系统适合煤矿井下电法勘探,具有多种电法勘探方式,对煤矿水害的发生起到了监测和预防效果。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the water inrush accident happens occasionally and brings enormous harm to the people’s lives and properties.Therefore,it has significance to the coal mine safety in production through the electric prospecting research mine pit subsurface geology structure, forecast the flood occurrence.Distributed Control System of electrical prospecting uses the Master-slave network structure, controls each intelligent electrode work by the upper Host.Through the power supply electrode in underground establishment stable electric field,and gathers the multi-spot data by the dispersible gathering electrode,then transmits these data to the Host through the RS485 bus.After the Host receives the data, it analyses and processes and draws curve graph of the resistivity to these data,thus infers the possible subsurface geologic conformation,and find out the possible area for water inrush.This paper, though reseaching theory and construction measures about conventional electrical prospecting,high-density method and audio-frequency electrical penetration, analyse the suitable construction measures for the system,on this basis put forward Distributed Control System of electric prospecting project and Therefor, the system is divided into host controller module and intelligent electrode module.In the paper mainly aimed at the intelligent electrode of Distributed Control System to conduct the research and the design on the software and hardware.In the article has carried on the plan to the hardware electocircuit of intelligent electrode.In view of the Micro Controller Unit of the intelligent electrode, the A/D conversion circuit, the electrode working hypothesis electric circuit, the RS485 data communication electric circuit and so on carried on has designed in detail.Has selected the hardware component which the intelligent electrode needs,and built the hardware electocircuit.In intelligent electrode software design, software according to function division Main program module, A/D read-write program module, interrupt routine module, data communication program module and so on,and has carried on the programming to each module.Moreover,this paper put forward the communication solutions of the system and design the protocol about the host and intelligent electrode.Finally has carried on the debugging and testing the software and hardware of the intelligent electrode .Distributed Control System of electrical prospecting which has kinds of measures adapt to coal mine electric prospecting, It can monitor and forecast the mine water.
