高速遥传系统的研究

【摘要】 在石油测井系统中,高速遥传系统占据着重要的地位。其主要完成成像测井系统的地面仪器与井下仪器之间大量数据的高速、实时、准确的传输,是测井数据采集、传输与控制的“咽喉”。为了满足第四代测井技术——成像测井技术的要求,大量的井下信息需要上传,以前的低速的数据传输方法就无法满足需要了,所以高速数据传输的研究就至关重要。根据国内外高速遥传系统的发展与现状,本文提出的方案是基于Spectrum Digital公司的TMS320C6713BDSK开发板和QAM调制解调算法设计的。在算法设计方面,本文首先比较了几种调制解调算法的特性,然后根据系统的要求和算法实现的复杂性选择QAM作为本系统使用的调制解调算法。在设计前用MATLAB对整个QAM调制解调过程进行了仿真,然后利用C语言和汇编语言编写了QAM的调制解调程序、CRC校验程序、DSP的控制程序、单片机的控制程序,绘制了CPLD的原理图。在系统硬件设计方面,首先选择Spectrum Digital公司的TMS320C6713BDSK开发板作为高速遥传系统的主电路板。然后根据系统要求对单片机、FIFO、CPLD、A/D,D/A等芯片进行选型。并用这些芯片设计了地面仪器接口电路和电缆传输接口电路。调试表明,系统能较好的完成数据的上传和命令的下传,传输速率能达到80kbps,误码率较低。设计的QAM调制解调算法符合要求,能有效提高数据传输效率。

【Abstract】 In the measuring-mine system of petroleum, the system of express remote transmission plays an important role. The system of express remote transmission is used to transmit a lot of data accurately in time at a high speed between instruments outside mines and instruments in mines, and therefore, the system is throat of the process of collecting data, transmitting data and controlling data in measuring mines. In order to meet the need of the fourth generation technique of measuring mine(snamely measuring mines’technique of image formation), a lot of information is required to upload. In the case, the old technique of transmitting data at a low speed can not meet present needs. Therefore, it is necessary to study express data transmission. According to the development and present status of the technology abroad and domestic, a design plan is put forward based on the DSK of TMS320C6713B made in Spectrum Digital corporation and QAM modulate and demodulate algorithm.In the design of algorithm, several algorithms of modulation and demodulation are compared with each other, and QAM is selected to finish to the system according to the system requests and the complexity extent of algorithm realization. Before designing high speed transmitter system, the modulation process and demodulation process of QAM is simulated by matlab.Then, C language and assembly language is used to design several programs such as QAM program, CRC verification program, control programs of DSP and MCU and so on. In addition, block diagram are used to realize the logic control program of CPLD.In the design of system hardware, TMS320C6713BDSK development board made in the company of Spectrum Digital is selected as a main board of developing the system. Then select type of single chip、FIFO、A/D、D/A、and CPLD chip according to system requriement. In addition, CPLD, singlechip, FIFO, A/D and D/A are used to from ground instrument interface circuit of HMI and cable transmission interface circuit.By the experiment, the system can upload data and download commands with low errorrate and the transmission speed of system is 80kbps. It is turned out that the design of QAM can meet the requests and the transmission efficiency can be promoted efficiently.
