【摘要】 个性是个人内部精神面貌和心理特征的剖析,是人的较为稳定的主体性,是指个性倾向性、个性心理特征和社会人格特征等多层次、多方面、多要素所构成的有机整体,具有主体性以及共同性和差异性相统一的本质属性。个性自由发展是由社会关系所决定的过程和目标的有机统一,随着社会关系的发展,人的个性经历着由依附到独立,到最终实现自由个性的发展过程。个性发展和社会发展之间存在着动态的辩证关系,一定社会历史条件下的个性自由发展主要包括主体性的充分发展、自然素质的完善、需要的相对丰富、人的实践能力的发挥和发展四个部分的具体内容。当前个性的发展水平已经处于个性自由发展初级阶段的历史方位。个性自由发展初级阶段以个性的依赖性和独立性并存以及独立个性畸形发展为特征,其基本矛盾体现于个性发展的主观目的性与其客观社会性之间的矛盾。当前中国经济发展水平、人的发展空间、科学技术发展水平和教育发展水平已经达到个性自由发展的初级阶段的基本要求,而生产力的发展和政治、经济、文化制度的发展水平还制约着当代社会独立个性的实现。个性现代化的发展是当代中国社会条件下个性自由发展的必由之路,个性现代化是当代中国个性自由发展的现实目标。个性发展和社会秩序辩证的统一于个性现代化的实践性活动中,社会主义现代化建设的革命性发展是推动个性现代化的根本动力。个性现代化的具体内容包括个性倾向性的现代化、心理特征的现代化和社会人格特征的现代化,其中个人能力和道德品质的现代化在个性现代化的结构中占有核心地位。个性现代化的实现要求以“以人为本”的科学发展观为统领,通过能力建设和道德建设、制度建设、教育发展等社会因素的现代化,推动个性自由的现实发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Individuality refers to an organic body that was constructive by multiple levels, aspects and elements of tendency, mental characteristics of individual and characteristic of social personality, which have the nature of subjectivity and the unity of differences and intercommunity. The freedom development of individuality is the organic unity of process and target which had determined by social relationship. Besides, individuality also underwent a process of historic development that from adherence to independent and free individuality.There is dynamic dialectical relationship between the development of individuality and social. Under certain social historical period, the freedom development of individuality has four parts which include development of subject, improvement of natural quality, relative abundant of demand and development of practical ability.Now, the individuality has been the states of primary development, which have the characteristics of the coexisted of dependence and independence and the deformity development of independent individuality. The basic contradiction is between subjective-purpose and objective-sociality. Meanwhile, the development of economical, spaces, science and technology, education has reached the requirements of elementary states. And the development of productivity, the system of politicians, economic and cultural has restricted the realization of independent individuality.The modernization of individuality is the necessary way and realistic objective of the freedom development of individuality today. The dialectical unity is between Individuality and social order dialectical in the development of the modernization. The fundamental driving force modernization is the development of socialist modernization. The modernization of individuality includes the modernization of tendency, mental characteristics of individual and characteristic of social personality. Among them, the cores of it are the modernization of individual ability and morality character. Realize of modernization individuality must used scientific development view and the modernization of capacitance, moral, institutional, educational building to promote the realistic individuality development.更多还原
