液压缸参数化设计及标准件库的二次开发

【摘要】 本文是以液压支架液压缸为研究对象,以三维工程设计软件CATIA为平台,利用其参数化技术和二次开发原理,实现了液压缸参数化设计及标准件库的二次开发。文中详细阐述了CATIA软件的二次开发性能,分析研究了多种基于CATIA的二次开发方法、CATIA软件的参数化设计原理及其关键技术、基于知识工程的零件模型的参数化设计方法;应用VB6.0作为开发环境完成了液压支架用液压缸零部件的参数化设计。用户只需在VB界面中修改参数即可完成液压缸各种零部件的三维参数化设计,液压缸零件参数化设计的实现使得液压支架的设计自动化程度大大提高。论文在实现了液压缸零件三维参数化的基础上,通过对产品整机参数化设计的具体实现方法和产品整机参数化工作流程的研究,实现了液压缸整机产品参数化系统友好的人机交互界面,完成了系列化液压缸整机产品的参数化设计;利用虚拟装配技术和CATIA软件提供的二次开发接口,实现了液压缸产品的自动成形建模设计。本文针对液压支架液压缸设计过程中需要重复使用大量标准件的特点,在CATIAV5R16中研究开发了液压支架液压缸标准件库。所建立的标准件库,已投入到企业实际的应用中,减少了产品设计中的重复性工作,提高了设计效率,缩短了产品的设计周期,对于提高企业的市场竞争力有着现实的意义。

【Abstract】 Parameterized design system and standard parts library for cylinder used for hydraulicsupport──the research object in this thesis, could be realized in the environment of CATIAwhich being a three-dimensional engineering design software, which is on the base of parametric technology and secondary development of CATIA.This paper illuminates the performance and several methods of secondary development of CATIA in detail. Besides, parametric design principle, its key technology and parametric design methods of parts modeling based on knowledge engineering are researched. In VB6.0 circumstance, parameterized design of three-dimensional parts of hydraulic cylinder have been implemented. The designer only needs to modify parameters to complete parametric design of various parts. And this system improves the level of automation of hydraulic cylinder design greatly.The implementing method of the parametric design of the whole product is put forward in this article. Based on the method, the work procedure is given. And then, the parameterized design of the series product’s whole engine has been accomplished on the basis of parts’s parameterized design, by developeding friendly man-machine interface. Thus, series hydraulic cylinder can be automatically assembled by virtual assembly and second development interface in CATIA.Due to a large number of standard parts being used repeatedly in the process of hydraulic support designing, its standard parts library have been establishmented based on CATIA V5R16 in this thesis. This library has been input to actual application, it can shorten the development cycle of products greatly, reduce duplicate work in design process and improve design efficiency largely. It is of practical significance to improving the competitive competence of the corporation.
