矿用水泵性能测试虚拟仪器的研制

【摘要】 本课题采用虚拟仪器、单片机、开关电源等技术,研究开发了一套矿用水泵性能综合测试系统,解决了原有检测设备的自动化程度低,设备功能单一,检测精度低和人为因素对测量结果影响大等问题。本文根据煤矿实际情况,针对井下无法使用普通计算机等非防爆设备,提出了基于串行总线,由上、下位机组成系统的总体方案;对水泵现有的两种测试方法进行研究与对比,确定了适合煤矿实际情况的测试方法;在此基础上,研究开发了测试系统的硬件和软件;并对下位机软、硬件协调能力与功能进行了验证。系统硬件由数据采集、数据存储、数据传输、实时时钟、电源等模块组成。数据采集模块由传感器、信号调理和A/D采样等部分组成,可实现水泵的流量、扬程、转速和输入功率等参数的数字化测量;数据存储和传输模块为测试数据的“井下采集,井上处理”提供硬件基础;数据存储容量达16Mb,可满足多台水泵测试数据的存储需求,数据传输模块采用RS232转CAN总线的方式,实现测试系统与计算机之间的数据交换;实时时钟提供测试数据时间标签,为非在线测试提供时间依据。系统采用蓄电池供电方式,实现仪器便携化,也为后续防爆设计提供方便。系统软件包括下位机软件和上位机软件。下位机软件以Keil C51为开发平台,由数据采集、数据存储、数据传输、实时时钟管理等模块组成。针对井下大量强电干扰对测试系统的影响,采用软件滤波技术对测试数据进行预处理;数据存储部分设计了一种简易的文件系统,实现多台水泵测试数据的管理。上位机软件以LabView为开发平台,采用数据库技术,实现多台水泵设备测试数据的统一管理。编写软件测试程序,来测试软硬件的协调能力,并对系统的功能作了验证。研制的应用系统为水泵性能测试工作提供重要数据支持,减小了测试过程中人为因素对设施结果的影响,提高了水泵测试设备的自动化程度,并为建立水泵设备的技术档案提供了可靠的依据。

【Abstract】 The system for testing the main parameters of mine-use pump be researched and developed by adopting the technology of virtual instrument, single chip technology, switch power supply technology and so on, which can solve some problems like the old testing device poor in automatization, simply in the ability of device, low in the testing precision and the big man-made influence in the testing result. According to the actuality of coal mine, this thesis advanced an overall plan made up by single chip system and pc system and based on serial bus, which focus on the problem of the non-explosion-proof devices like common computer cannot be applied in mine; By research and compare the two kinds testing method of pump an appropriate mine testing method be worked out; On this basis, the soft and hard ware for testing system is developed;The coordination ability and function of soft and hare ware of single chip system is validated.Hardware in this system is made up by data acquisition module, data storage module, data transport module, real-time clock, power supply and so on. Data acquisition module is made up by sensor, signal conditioning and A/D sampling, which can make the parameter digitalization testing of flux, lift, rotational speed and input power of pump be realized. Data storage module and transport module provide hardware support for data testing which could be collected in mine, processed out mine and it have fulfilled the requirements of the multi-pump testing data storage. Data transport module adopts the method of RS232 / CAN converter to realize the data exchange of testing system and computer. Real- time clock put forward a time testing tag for the out-line testing. The system use battery as power and realize device portable and also supply convenience for explosion protection dispose design.This system includes pc software and single chip software. The single chip software regards Keil C51 as development plat, which include data acquisition module, data storage module, data transport module, real-time clock management module and so on. Due to the influence of mass high current interruption to testing system, software filter technique is used to process testing data; Data storage module designs a simple file system, which makes the management of multi-pump testing data become possible. Pc software regards labview as development plat, make use of the technology of databases in order to realize the uniform management of multi-pump testing data. Write software testing procedure to test the coordinated ability of soft and hard ware as well as to validate the function of this system.This system provides data support for the work of mine-use pump parameters testing, in this case the manmade influence to instrument during testing is reduced, the degree of mine-use pump testing device’s automatization is enhanced, reliable basis for the building of mine-use pump device technique is provided.
