基于虚拟仪器的带式输送机动态参数测试系统研制

【摘要】 带式输送机动态参数测试是开发带式输送机监控、保护装置的基础,也是为带式输送机动态特性分析提供基础数据的重要途径。本文采用虚拟仪器技术和单片机技术,研制了一套带式输送机动态参数综合测试系统,可以用于带式输送机各种关键动力学参数的测试及数据分析处理。本测试系统包括信号采集模块、通信接口模块、数据处理模块和结果显示模块等四个模块。信号采集模块包括传感器,相应前置放大电路和以ATmega8单片机为主控芯片的信号采集板。通信接口模块采用现场总线技术,通过CAN总线和标准通信接口RS-232的连接实现了单片机和计算机之间的数据传输,并采取了屏蔽、隔离、滤波等措施以抑制测试系统中的干扰信号。同时,利用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW,开发了带式输送机动态参数测试系统操作界面和测试平台,可用于测试信号的分析处理、存储及结果显示输出。针对带式输送机动态特性分析和运行监控研究中的热点问题,本测试系统特别对输送带的跑偏,动态张力和速度信号采集模块进行了比较详细地设计,实现了输送带的跑偏监测,输送带动态张力和速度的在线测试功能。经过带传动实验台试验检验,带式输送机动态参数测试系统的测试结果与理论计算结果基本吻合。说明本测试系统运行稳定,测试精度较高,为带式输送机动态性能研究提供了一种有效的测试工具,也为进一步开发带式输送机监控、保护装置提供了一个有用的工具。

【Abstract】 Dynamics parameters test is a foundation of developing monitor and protection device of the belt conveyor, and it is an important means to provides basic data of dynamic characteristic analysis of the belt conveyor. In this paper, a new kind of integrated dynamic parameters test system of the belt conveyor is developed based on the technology of single chip microcomputer and virtual instrument, which provide a technique to measure the key dynamic parameters of the belt conveyor and to process the correlative data.This test system includes four modules, which are signal collection module, communication interface module, data processing module and result showing module. The signal collection module includes test sensor, corresponding pre-amplifier circuit, and signal acquisition plate, and the single chip microcomputer of ATmega8 as main control chip. Field bus technology is adopt in communication interface module, and CAN(Controller Area Net) bus and RS-232 standard communication interface is used to perform the data communication between the single chip microcomputer communicates and the computer, where, some measures are used to restrain interference signal such as shielding, isolating, filtering and etc. Otherwise, the operating interface and test platform software of dynamics parameters test system of belt conveyor is developed by virtual instrument platform LabVIEW, which can be used to analysis, process, storage and display of the test signal.According to the hot issues in the dynamic characteristic analysis and operation monitoring research of the belt conveyor, the signal collection modules of running deviation, dynamic tension and speed of conveyor belt are detailed design, and the functions of the signal on-line monitor of the running deviation, dynamic tension and speed of conveyor belt are realized.The test result which is acquired on the belt transmission experiment platform by this dynamic parameters testing system of belt conveyor and the theoretical computation are basically tallied. It is proved that this system runs steadily with relatively high testing precision. And this testing system provides a kind of useful measuring tools for dynamic characteristics researching and further development of protecting and monitoring device on belt conveyor.
