黑色圆珠笔油墨种类的研究

【摘要】 由圆珠笔油墨形成的契约、合同、收据和借条等可疑文件的真伪及形成时间的鉴定是目前法庭科学经常遇到的问题,因此建立一种简便、灵敏和准确的检验圆珠笔油墨字迹色痕的异同及形成时间的方法是十分必要的。本论文对国内外不同厂家生产的130支黑色圆珠笔油墨进行了系统的分类研究,涉及到紫外可见分光光度法、极谱法、高效液相色谱法、高效液相色谱-质谱联用、系统聚类分析五种方法。第一章详细评述了近年来有关圆珠笔油墨种类及其字迹色痕形成时间的研究进展。第二章采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对黑色圆珠笔油墨的种类进行了研究,根据有色成分的不同对不同品牌的黑色圆珠笔进行分类,同时采用系统聚类分析的方法,对实验结果进行了化学计量学的分析。第三章介绍了黑色圆珠笔油墨字迹色痕的高效液相色谱-质谱法(HPLC- MS)的研究情况。第四章采用紫外可见分光光度法对黑色圆珠笔油墨的种类进行了研究,依据紫外可见光谱图中特征峰位置的不同进行种类的认定。第五章介绍了极谱法在黑色圆珠笔油墨种类研究中的应用,根据不同染料还原峰电位的不同进行分类。第六章总结了本论文的研究工作,指出了论文工作的不足之处,并对该研究工作的未来发展提出了设想。

【Abstract】 As it is a frequently encountered problem of forensic science nowadays to distinguish whether the questioned documents, such as deeds, contracts and receipts, written in ballpoint pen inks are true or not, and identify the writing age of them, it is very essential to establish a simple, sensitive and accurate method to examine the similarities and differences of the ballpoint pen inks and identify the writing age. In this study, 130 different kinds of black ballpoint pen inks from different manufactures were studied, concerning five methods: UV-vis spectrophotometry, Oscillopolarography, High performance liquid chromatography, High performance liquid chromatogramphy-mass spectrometry and Hierarchical clustering analysisChapter one summarized the recent advance of the research to kinds and writing age of ballpoint pen inks.In chapter two, A High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established to study black ballpoint pen inks, different kinds of black ballpoint pen inks from different trademarks were classified into different categories according to disparities of their dye components. Hierarchical clustering analysis was adopted to analyze data of HPLC.In chapter three, High performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (HPLC- MS) was used to studied black ballpoint pen inks.In chapter four, the kinds of black ballpoint pen inks were studied by UV-vis spectrophotometry, different UV absorption peaks were used for kind analysis.In chapter five, electrochemistry method was used to study the kinds of black ballpoint pen inks, different peak potentions were used for kind analysis.In chapter six, the research work of the dissertation was summarized and the prospect of this research field was given.
