【摘要】 随着制造业信息化进程的不断深入,制造业对实现数字化设计/制造/管理一体化技术要求越来越强烈。如何充分运用计算机技术、网络技术、CAD/CAM/CAPP技术和计算机信息管理技术把制造加工车间的数控设备、企业的CAD/CAM/CAPP系统、上层管理部门联系起来,构建数控车间的网络化集成管理系统是现代制造加工车间实现信息化的关键。因此,研究数控车间数控设备的管理系统与企业相对独立的CAD、CAM、CAPP系统的集成技术对于提高数控车间的信息化管理水平具有非常重要的意义。结合国内外相关技术的研究现状,本文介绍了在数控车间网络化管理中广泛采用的DNC技术,分析了当前国内外商业化的DNC系统存在的问题,并在网络DNC概念的基础上引入了PDM技术,将PDM技术与DNC技术相结合,构建“基于PDM的网络DNC系统”,真正实现数控车间管理网络化。在此基础上,本文主要论述了基于PDM的网络DNC系统具有的功能、数控车间网络DNC运行模式,以及构建该系统所需要的关键技术(异构数控系统联网技术、串行通信技术、数控设备远程控制、Windows多线程技术、Winsock网络编程技术、数据库访问及编程技术、BOM报表技术、NC代码数控仿真技术等),并开发了一套车间网络管理系统软件(STAR网络DNC)。系统软件开发工具采用Visual C++6.0,数据库管理系统采用MicrosoftSQL Server 2000。系统人机界面友好,操作简单,可移植性好。该系统在中国电子科技集团公司某研究所和安徽省数字化重点实验室制造车间得到了良好的应用,具有广泛的应用前景和较好的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the proceeding of manufacture information industry, there is a strong appeal for incorporate technology of digital design/manufacture/management in manufacture industry. The key problem is how to make full use of computer technology, network technology, CAD/CAM/CAPP technology, and computer information management technology to link up manufacture workshop NC machine, enterprise CAD / CAM / CAPP system, the upper management,and to construct the NC Workshop integrated network management system. Therefore, the study of NC Workshop equipment management system and enterprise relatively independent CAD, CAM, the CAPP system integration technology for improving the NC workshop information management level has very important significance.Combining domestic and overseas research on technology related to the status quo, this paper introduces the DNC technology widely used in workshop of NC Network management,and analyses the problem of current domestic and foreign commercial presence of the DNC system, based on the concept of the network DNC we introduced the PDM technology, combined DNC technology with PDM technology,the "network-based PDM DNC system" is presented. To realize NC Machine Network management, Online processing accessibility, at the same time optimize and balance enterprises’resources. On this basis, this paper discusses the "network-based PDM DNC system" functions, NC plant network DNC operation mode mainly, as well as the key technologies needed to construct this system. And a related softeware has been programmed (STAR network DNC).System software is programmed by Visual C + + 6.0. Database management system uses Microsoft SQL Server 2000.Friendly interface,easy study and simple operation,good replanted is the main features of this system. The system has good application in key laboratories of digital manufacturing shop of Anhui province and China Electronics Technology Group No. 16 Research Institute.
