机械产品相似性度量方法及其软件实现研究

【摘要】 相似是事物间普遍存在的现象,相似性科学注重认识相似性和相似系统,阐明相似性形成原理和演变规律,分析度量相似性,进行系统相似性规律及其应用研究。基于相似性科学理论,本课题对机械产品相似性度量的方法及面向对象的相似度量软件的实现技术进行了研究和探讨。研究了国内外相似度量方法的进展及其在机械工程领域中的应用情况。基于相似性科学和复杂系统理论,研究了机械产品相似性分析原理,相似系统间相似元的构造,并介绍了机械系统相似度量的数值方法。本课题实现了基于数据库的机械产品相似度量软件的研发工作,该相似度量软件是以SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库,以Visual C++6.0作为前台开发工具,基于C/S结构的一个应用系统。软件的应用程序开发中,采用了C/S结构的编程体系,并通过SQL Server2000数据库技术支持平台,实现对数据的管理工作。利用面向对象的程序开发技术,研制出机械产品相似度量软件,实现了课题中机械产品相似度量方法及求解的过程。通过汽车转向油泵产品的相似计算实例的演示,表明该相似度量软件的研制验证了软件开发的正确性,实现了机械产品相似度量理论在实践中的实例应用。

【Abstract】 Similarity is a prevalent phenomenon which exists between things. Similarity science focus on understanding of similarities and similar systems, clarify principles of the formation and evolution of the law, analysis of the similarity measurement, research on system similar law and its application. Based on the similarity of scientific theory, the subject studies the similarity measure method for mechanical products and object-oriented similarity measurement software technology of realization. Study on the progress of the similarity measure methods at home and abroad, and its application in the field of mechanical engineering. Based on the similarity science and complex systems theory, this paper studies the principle of similarity analysis for mechanical products, the structure of similarity elements between similarity systems, and introduces the similarity measure method of machine system.The subject realizes the research and development work of the mechanical products similarity measure software that based on SQL Server 2000 as a background database and C/S structure, the software takes Visual C++ 6.0 as the development tool.It used C/S structure of the programming system in the software development process. The software realizes the data management through SQL Server 2000 database platform for technical support. It developed the similarity measure software and realized the similarity measure methods and processes in this paper by using object-oriented method. Through the demonstration of automotive pump as the similar examples of calculation, it shows that the software proved the correctness of the software development, achieved the theory of mechanical products similar measure in practice examples of applications.
