【摘要】 汽车驱动桥中的主减速器总成是汽车传动系的关键部件,它的主要功用是将输入的转矩增大、转速降低、并将输入的驱动力改变传递方向,因此主减速器总成质量的好坏直接影响到汽车总体质量。汽车试验及试验设备是保证产品性能、提高产品质量和市场竞争力的重要手段。本文将对汽车主减速器总成综合性能试验台进行分析与研究。论文首先介绍了汽车试验的意义与分类,并阐述了研究汽车试验设备的必要性,然后对国内外主减速器试验台的发展状况进行了分析与总结。接着研究了主减速器总成在整个汽车传动系的位置及其重要性,然后对主减速器总成的结构和性能做出分析,并对差速器的结构与原理进行了分析。紧接着通过对主减速器总成常用的试验规范进行初步探究,并结合被试主减速器总成的结构性能特点及其工作状况,制定被试主减速器总成的试验规范。通过对主减速器总成试验的开放式和电封闭式两大基本方案的比较,本文最终确定对主减速器总成试验台采用交流变频回馈加载的方案。然后,介绍了主减速器总成试验台的总体布局和结构原理,并对试验台的驱动系统、翻转夹具系统和加载系统的工作原理、设计方法进行了分析。接着简介了试验台的控制软件,并对试验数据进行了验证分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Final drive assembly in the automobile drive axle is a key part of the automobile drivetrain. Its main function is to increase the input torque and decrease the speed of rotation, and change the transfer direction of the input driving force. Therefore the quality of final drive assembly influences directly the quality of the whole automobile. The automobile test and test equipment is the important method to ensure auto capability, improve auto quality and enhance the competition capacity of market. The paper will research and analyze the integrated of automobile final drive assembly tester.Firstly, the paper introduces the significance and classifying of auto test, and expatiates the indispensability of the equipment for auto test. Then the paper concludes and analyzes the overseas and domestic development state of final drive assembly tester. The following of the paper researches the importance and position of final drive assembly in the automobile drivetrain, then analyze the capability and structure of the final drive assembly and the principle and structure of the differential. Then the paper establishes the test criterion of the final drive assembly to test, according to studying the common test criterion of the final drive and the capability and structure and the working condition of the final drive assembly to test.According to comparing the two final drive assembly test projects of open pattern and electricity-closed pattern, the paper decides finally to use the alternating current frequency conversion closed loading project in the final drive assembly tester. Then the paper introduces the overall arrangement and the framework principle of the final drive assembly tester, and analyzes the working principle and the design method of the driving system and the turning fixture system and the loading system.
