基于数字图像处理的车型检测

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、现代传感技术和数字图像处理技术的发展,机器视觉技术已广泛应用于产品质量检测、机械加工、精密测量、振动检测及机器人等领域,尤其是将机器视觉技术应用到运动载体(如汽车)已经成为数字图像处理和运动载体的现代化生产、管理的热门研究项目。利用图像理论和机器视觉技术,研究汽车整车尺寸参数非接触快速检测系统,实现车辆整车尺寸参数的准确测量,具有较高的研究意义和工程应用价值。本文详细介绍了图像处理的基本知识,包括图像二值化、图像平滑、图像锐化和边缘检测等。设计了汽车尺寸视频测量系统的硬件平台,采用了一种基于Kruppa方程的线性自标定算法进行摄像机标定。对于已获图像的特征点匹配,本文研究了一种多尺度Harris角点检测方法进行角点检测。立体匹配后,在车身长宽比未知的情况下,提出了一种通过提取车身中轴线来获取汽车长度和宽度值的方法。通过实验仿真和计算,此方法得到验证。并对本项研究工作进行了总结和展望。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, modern sensing and digital image processing technology, the machine vision technology is widely applied in domains such as product quality examination, machining, precision measurement, vibration examination robot and so on. Applying machine vision technology on motive carrier (Automobile) is a popular research project for digital image processing and modernized production and management. It has high research significance and project application value for study and realize vehicle 3-D size parameter by non-contact examination.The paper introduced elementary image processing knowledge in detail, including image binarization, image smoothing, image sharpening, edge detection and so on. The hardware platform for vehicle 3-D size measuring system been designed. An algorithm of camera self-calibration based on Kruppa equation been used in the paper.The method of Multi-scale Harris corner examination was used for corner detection regarding to characteristic point match for obtained image. After 3-D matching, one kind of method for calculating vehicle length and width value by extracting a medial axis was proposed under the condition that the radio of length to width is unknown. This method was verified by simulation and calculation of experiment. The summary and forecast of the study were given at last.
