铁路工程路基施工中的物料管理研究

【摘要】 铁路工程路基施工中,材料费用占总施工费用的60%以上。铁路施工项目部是工程建设的直接管理机构,必须加强对物料的科学管理。目前对于施工一线的物料管理缺乏全面的研究。通过对工程实例的调查,本文试图做出有益的尝试性研究。首先,本文分析了与物料管理有关的组织结构以及物料管理的流程,指出工程建设物料的物流特点和物料管理工作的重点;其次,分别对物料的订货策略研究和物料的供应管理这两个物料管理重点,运用定性与定量相结合的方法进行探讨并给出实证分析。在订货管理中,首次将物料作出合理的分类,并应用不同的模型实现科学订货。在物料的供应管理中,创造性地应用了非线性规划的方法来优化物料的供应,实际的运行结果表明该方法能较好降低施工过程中的物料费用;最后,提出了对铁路施工项目部的物料管理的改进意见,以便为管理过程中科学方法的顺利实施提供保障。

【Abstract】 In subgrade construction of railway engineering, the total cost of construction materials costs of more than 60%.As the direct management agencies, project group should strengthen the scientific management of the materials. Currently, the forefront of the construction materials management lacks a comprehensive study. Through the investigation of an engineering example, this paper makes a useful attempt to study.First, this paper analyzes the organizational structure relate to materials management and the materials management process, pointing out that construction materials logistics management features and the focus of the work.Secondly, this paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis and gives evidences on the order strategies and supply management of materials management. In order management, this paper makes a reasonable classification of the construction materials for the first time, and applies different scientific order models. In the materials supply management, this paper creatively applies the nonlinear programming method to optimize the supply of materials. The actual operating results show that this method can reduce the materials costs in the construction process.Finally, this paper give some ameliorative advices to the materials management of project group, in order to ensure the scientific methods can be putted in practice successfully in the management process.
