开关柜温度在线监测系统软件设计

【摘要】 目前高压开关柜温度测量装置主要针对电触头进行,由于测温原理和方式的局限,必须采用昂贵的红外温度传感器或光纤光栅温度传感器完成对温度的测量,而这两种测温手段在目前集成化程度越来越高的开关柜内实施难度也越来越大,同时,孤立地测量电触头的温度无法对开关柜内的温度整体分布做出判断,因而无法对开关柜内可能发生的部件过热故障做出准确预警。本文介绍了一种新型高压开关柜在线监测及故障诊断系统,采用开关柜内合理布置的数字式温度传感器阵列获得高压开关柜内温度场分布,结合从SCADA系统获得的开关柜运行数据以及数据库中的历史数据,对高压开关柜进行横向和纵向的比较分析,实现在线监测基础之上的状态诊断和故障预警。实际安装调试验证了本系统对于高压开关柜进行状态综合评估的正确性和可行性。

【Abstract】 Existing measure equipment of temperature of high-voltage switchgear based on expensive sensor such as IR sensor or fiber bragg grating Sensor is faced on increasingly difficulty when being installed in switchgear with more and more complex structure. For limitation of the principle and the manner, this equipment can only obtain temperature data of the electrical polar but can’t analyze the temperature distribution in switchgear. As a result, the exact prediction of over-heat can’t be provided. In this paper, a newly online monitoring and diagnosis system of high-voltage switchgear is described. The temperature field is obtain by digital temperature sensors display, and the latitude and longitude comparison is made by association of running data obtained by SCADA and history data from database. The state diagnosis and the fault alarm are acquired on base of online monitoring. Practical running manifest the accuracy and feasibleness of synthetic estimation of high-voltage made by this system.
