池州市文化旅游开发研究

【摘要】 文化是旅游业的灵魂,文化旅游是当今世界最高境界的旅游方式,是发展旅游业的新趋势和新热点。文化旅游已经成为知识经济时代追求高品位、高格调旅游方式人们的首要选择,具有鲜明文化意义的旅游景点更加受到旅游者的欢迎。挖掘地方特色、开展各种类型的文化旅游成为日益重要的课题。池州市拥有十分丰富的文化旅游资源,尽管近些年来池州市文化旅游有了一定的声起色和发展,但与其自身的区位优势、品牌优势和资源优势相比,发展还是相当滞后,没能很好地实现经济、文化和社会效益。笔者认为池州市旅游业要实现可持续发展必须大力发展文化旅游,将文化旅游作为其核心旅游产品。笔者以此入手,在大量实地调查、资料分析的基础上,采用定性分析和定量分析相结合的方法展开研究。论文首先对国内外关于文化旅游的相关研究展开综述,明确了本文的研究内容、思路和方法和意义,然后根据池州市的实际情况,对其文化旅游资源进行整理和分类,对开发条件进行了SWOT分析,在此基础上提出了池州市文化旅游开发的具体战略,主要包括形象设计、市场营销、规模经营、区域合作、人才培养,基础设施改善等等,还对文化旅游产品和文化旅游线路进行了开发和设计,对文化旅游市场也作了相应的定位和预测。总之,在现有的基础上加大对池州市文化旅游深度开发,可以从根本上提升池州市旅游的层次和品味,实现了池州市旅游业的持续、健康和长远发展。

【Abstract】 Culture is the soul of tourism, now culture-oriented travel is not only the highest state in the world but the new trend and hotspot. In the times of knowledge economy, culture-oriented travel is the first choice for people who pursue high-grade and noble style’s way of travel. Tourist attractions with the vivid culture significance are further welcomed by travelers, culture-oriented travel focusing on digging up local characteristics and opening all types becomes more and more important subject.Chi Zhou City boasts very rich culture-oriented travel resources. Although culture-oriented travel in the city has certain developed, its development is slow in contrast with dominant location, brand, resources, benefits of economy, culture, and society can’t be fulfilled. If sustainable development of tourism industry in Chi Zhou City wants to be realized, the author thinks Culture-oriented travel should have more development and culture-oriented travel should be viewed as the key tourism product. On the base of a large quantity of field work and data analysis, the author uses the methods of combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to carry out the research. Firstly, the author sums up correlation studies of culture-oriented travel both here and abroad in order to make the research content , train of thought ,methods and significance very clear, then according to practical situation in Chi Zhou City, culture-oriented travel resources must be sorted out and classified and development condition’s analysis has been made using SWOT method. On such ground, the author puts forward concrete strategies including image design, marketing, scale operation, regional cooperation, talents fostering, infrastructure improvement etc. Thirdly, culture-oriented travel product, culture-oriented travel lines’ development and design also have been done. At last positioning and predicting about culture-oriented travel market have been made.In a word, as far as existing foundation goes, further development about culture-oriented travel in Chi Zhou City must be increased so that tourist taste and level can be updated fundamentally, realizing sustainable, sound and long-term development of the tourism industry in Chi Zhou City.
