厂用电综合自动化系统的应用研究

【摘要】 随着电力企业自动化、信息化技术的发展及电力市场的推进,采用更加先进的自动化控制技术及其产品,提高发电厂自动化运行和管理水平,节能降耗,增强企业竞争力,成为发电企业的热门课题。厂用电综合自动化系统是为提高厂用电系统的自动化和运行管理水平,综合运用先进的计算机控制技术、微机保护测控技术、通信技术和数据库技术等,实现对厂用电系统的运行、保护、控制和故障信息管理等功能于一体的综合自动化在线监控管理系统。本文介绍了厂用电电气控制的历史发展历程,重点研究了工业以太网应用技术、通信中间件技术、实时数据主动推送技术等关键内容,充分考虑自动化系统与DCS系统之间的功能分工和协调控制,提出了合理的解决方案。根据厂用电系统的特点和功能需求,提出了基于工业以太网的厂用电综合自动化系统的设计思路和解决方案,根据机组容量和规模的不同,设计了标准配置和经济配置两种模式,并重点阐述了主站监控平台的体系结构,最后通过实际应用结果验证了该系统的可行性、合理性和先进性。

【Abstract】 With the development of the automation and information technology of Power Enterprise, and the propulsion of the electricity market, It is becoming the most popular topics for power enterprises to adopt more advanced automation control technology and products, enhance the level of operation and management of power plant automation, save energy and reduce consumption, and strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.To enhance the management level of the power plant automation and operations, Integrated automation of electrical auxiliary system synthetically applies the advanced computer control technology, the protection of computer monitoring and control technology, the communications technology and database technology and so on, realizes the functions of operation, protection, control and fault information management.This paper introduced the course of historical development of the electric power plant control, focus on the application of industrial Ethernet technology, communications middleware technology, real-time initiative data push technology ect., considers fully the function division and the coordination control between the automation system and the DCS system, proposes the reasonable solution.According to the characteristics and functional requirements of electrical auxiliary system, the design ideas and solutions of the integrated automation of electrical auxiliary system that based on Industrial Ethernet has been proposed. According to the difference of the unit capacity and the scale, the standard configuration and the economy configuration have been designed, and focus on the monitoring platform architecture of the main station. Finally, through the practical application, the feasibility, rationality and advanced of the system has been verified.
