3×20KW光伏并网发电系统的设计

【摘要】 随着光伏并网发电系统应用的日益广泛,人们对光伏并网发电系统供电要求不断提高,研究热点开始向数字控制技术发展。基于对光伏并网发电系统的理论依据的分析,这份学术论文是关于3×20KW光伏并网发电系统的研究,对系统布局、并网逆变器、三环控制结构以及基于DSP的控制进行了详细的设计。此并网逆变系统采用三个单相的全桥逆变器进行组合,开关元件选用IPM智能功率模块。硬件电路的设计包括元器件的选取,基于TMS320F240对光伏逆变器进行电流、电压、最大功率点控制。设计中提出了一种基于扰动观测回探法的MPPT控制策略,孤岛效应的检测采用主动加被动的双重控制方案。通过对实验以及运行结果的分析,验证了以上所述设计方案的合理性与实用性。

【Abstract】 As Grid-Connected PV Power system applications increasingly widespread, the demands on the performance improvement are also increasing, and attention is turned on the digital control technique. Based on the analysis of the theoretical basis of grid-connected PV system’s, this dissertation takes a study on a 3×20KW Grid-Connected PV Power system, with details of the system configuration, grid-connected converter, 3-loop control strategy, as well as the design of the DSP based controller.The grid-connected converter system is constructed with 3 single phase full-bridge converters that use IPM as switching components. The hardware design of the main circuitry including component selection is described. TMS320F240-based controller is designed for the control of the converters to perform control strategies on current, voltage and maximum peak power tracking (MPPT), as well as the protection measures. MPPT is implemented by the strategy of disturbance observer, and Islanding is detected by the effect of active and passive power control.The success of system design and installation is verified by the experimental and operational results.
