【摘要】 通过文献调研和检索发现,目前安徽省内对于高新技术产业集聚的学术论文还不是很多很成熟。本文试图通过一定的归纳研究,分析安徽省内高新技术产业集聚发展的现状和条件,发现进一步发展所面临的问题并提出相应对策,以冀对安徽省高新技术产业集聚的发展提供一定的参考作用。本文属于理论与实证相结合的研究类论文。研究方法上采用理论论述与实践归纳相结合,纵向的历史概括和横向的比较研究相结合,实证研究和规范研究相结合,定性分析和定量分析相结合。在充分研究历史统计数据资料和横向对比统计数据资料的同时,对实际资料进行剖析,紧紧把握安徽高新技术产业集聚现状,探讨未来产业集聚化发展的正确路径选择。全文共分为五个部分,第一部分绪论主要介绍了本课题的研究背景和意义,对国内外关于产业集聚方面以及针对安徽省高新技术产业、产业集聚方面的研究成果进行了归纳总结。第二部分为理论基础,对产业集聚、高新技术、高新技术产业、高新技术产业集聚等概念的含义进行了梳理,并系统地阐述了高新技术产业集聚的特征、意义和发展阶段。第三部分安徽省高新技术产业集聚现状分析,从集聚水平和专业化水平两个角度对安徽省高技术产业集聚进行了测度,并就计算结果进行了分析,找出安徽省高新技术产业在集聚过程中存在的问题及其内在的原因。第四部分通过对安徽省创新体系基础的分析,重点构建了安徽省高新技术产业集聚化发展的创新体系。第五部分为总结和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through investigation and research on many documents, the author find that there are not many mature academic papers about high-tech industry agglomeration in Anhui Province.This dissertation analyzes the status and conditions of high-tech industry agglomeration in Anhui by certain summarized researches,and find some problems faced by further development and corresponding measures ,in order to provide some reference role for the development of high-tech industry agglomeration in Anhui.The paper belongs to theory and empirical adjoined research-paper.It is theory discuss and practice induction jointed,fore-and-aft historical abstracts and transverse comparative studies jointed,empirical research and normative study jointed,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis jointed,as multi-analysis problem as possible.At the same time it analyses industry aggregation course towards real data proceed analyses with historical statistics evidence and transverse direction statistical data contrast.It firmly grasps the status quo of high-tech industry agglomeration in Anhui and explores correct path for the future development of it. The paper is consist of five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background and the significance of this research and summarizes the research results at home and abroad. The second chapter is theoretical foundation,which elaborates on some concepts,such as high-tech, industry agglomeration and so on . The third chapter measures agglomeration level and specialization level of high-tech industry in Anhui Province,and then analyzes the statistic results.The fourth chapter’s core is to construct an innovation system of Anhui for the development of high-tech industry agglomeration.And the last chapter gives a conclusion and some suggestions.更多还原
