基于LabVIEW的AMT系统模糊控制研究

【摘要】 车辆动力传动系统的自动化一直是汽车电子技术的核心,而离合器接合速度的控制和换档规律的确定虽是AMT系统中的难点,但也是关键点,它直接对人的舒适性、安全性,汽车的经济性、动力性都有很大的影响。以结构简单、传动效率高的电控机械自动变速器AMT为研究对象,由于系统模型复杂的多参数、非线性的问题,系统模型方程难以建立,通过引入了模糊控制技术,将驾驶员的经验和理论相接合,制定系统的离合器接合速度和换档规律。介绍AMT系统原理和系统基本构成,阐述离合器操纵原理,并对AMT系统换档品质进行了评价。利用LabVIEW的VISA节点对其进行了ECU与PC机进行了数据通信,借助LabVIEW设计了滑摩功和冲击度模块以及总的换档品质程序模块。分析离合器接合规律和换档规律,选择恰当的参数作为模糊控制器的前后件,在驾驶员经验的基础上制定相应的离合器接合规则和换档规则,搭建模糊控制器;将模糊控制器中隶属度函数和模糊控制规则存储到单片机上,利用离线设计、在线查询的方式,在单片机中使用间接查询方法实现了模糊控制,加快了程序的运行的时间。

【Abstract】 The automation of the Vehicle power transmission system is the kernel in the vehicle electronics. The clutch control and the shift schedule are the key and difficult problems in AMT. These technologies affect the economics and the dynamics, the comfort and the security. Aiming on AMT system which has simple structure, high efficiency, fuzzy control technology was introduced. By combining the experience of the drivers and theory, the shift schedule and clutch control strategy was studied to avoid constructing the formula of the complicated multi-parameters and non-linear system .Analyzing the system theory and the structure, clutch manipulation principle and the performance criteria of the gear shifting was introduced. Based on the data communication between the ECU and PC using VISA node in LabVIEW, the impact degree module, the slip frictional power module and the total program were designed.Analyzing principle of the clutch control and the shift control, the apt parameters were selected as the antecedences and the consequences of fuzzy controller. Based on the driver’s experience, the clutch control strategy and the shift schedule were achieved, and the fuzzy controller was build. By storing the membership function and the fuzzy controlling schedules in MCU, the fuzzy control was come true with indirect query method in MCU and shortened the time of program running.
