聚酯纤维沥青混合料性能及工程应用研究

【摘要】 随着交通量和轴载的不断增大,沥青路面出现了一些早期破坏现象,尤其在我国中部特殊气候地区,因此如何提高沥青混合料的路用性能成为广大交通科研工作者的首要任务。在混合料中掺加增强纤维成为提高沥青混合料路用性能的一种新手段,受到广泛的关注和重视,相关研究和应用迅速开展并不断深入。因为聚酯纤维沥青混合料有着良好的道路使用性能、施工简单、经济上合理等特点在近年内得到了越来越多的重视和应用。由于纤维沥青路面在我国使用时不长,在我国中部地区推广使用中存在许多亟待解决的问题。为了完善纤维沥青路面的研究,该文在纤维沥青混合料增强机理的分析基础之上,通过合理选择材料,对聚酯纤维沥青混合料进行大量室内试验研究:对不同聚酯纤维剂量的混合料进行马歇尔试验,分析其内在变化规律;通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验及水稳定性试验,系统分析聚酯纤维对沥青混合料高温稳定性、低温抗裂性、水稳定性等路用性能的影响。并在此基础上,对聚酯纤维沥青混合料工程应用进行研究:通过室内试验研究分析,提出了聚酯沥青混合料的配比设计方法;结合试验路段总结了聚酯纤维沥青混合料施工工艺;探讨了聚酯纤维沥青混合料技术经济可行性及优势。课题的研究为聚酯纤维沥青混合料在安徽省的推广应用提供了可靠的依据及技术支持。

【Abstract】 With the axle load traffic and the constant increased, asphalt Pavement there have been some early damage phenomenon. Especially in the special climate of China’s central areas, therefore, how to Improve the asphalt mixture road traffic performance is the primary task of scientific research workers. Adding reinforcing fiber is to improve asphalt mixture performance of a new method. This method was widespread concern and importance. relevance and application of research was to be rapidly and continuously. Because having a good road performance, simple construction, and reasonable economic characteristics , polyester fiber reinforced asphalt mixture in recent years have been more and more attention and application. Because fiber asphalt pavement used in China not long ago, there are many issues that must be resolved In the central region to promote the use of it. In order to perfect the fiber asphalt pavement,on the basis of the analysis to the fiber asphalt mixture enhancement mechanism, and through a reasonable choice material, in this paper a lot of laboratory research on polyester fiber asphalt mixture is studied:By Marshall test of different doses of polyester fiber mixture , we analyzed the changes in the underlying law;Through polyester fiber asphalt mixture rutting test, cold water bending test and stability test, we systematically analyzed the pair of asphalt mixture high temperature stability, low-temperature crack resistance, water stability from polyester fiber. And based on this, this paper studies the polyester fiber asphalt mixture application in engineering:Through analysis laboratory studies, this paper presents polyester fiber asphalt mixture ratio of the design method; Combining test sections, the paper summarizes the polyester fiber asphalt mixture construction technology; This paper also explored polyester fiber asphalt mixture of technical feasibility and economic advantages. The research topics of the polyester fiber asphalt mixture provide a reliable basis and technical support to the application in Anhui.
