城市污水厂污泥减量化技术和厌氧消化中试试验研究

【摘要】 本文针对典型城市污水厂剩余污泥特性,采用超声波预处理加强污泥的破解,利用高效厌氧反应器以及微氧法消化污泥,研究探索了新型的污泥减量化技术,并进行了超声波+厌氧消化的中试试验。实验结果证明:①超声波作用时间越长,污泥破解效果越好。在小试中污泥破解45min,SCOD就可以1500mg/L以上,氨氮就会降到10mg/L以下,中试规模下到120min时,SCOD在2000mg/L左右,TS、VS也分别降到16.63mg/L和8.22mg/L。②微氧消化在低温度,水力停留时间为15d的条件下污泥可以实现减量化;③中试最佳回流量为80L/h。通过改变HRT(分别30天、25天和20天)并对比污泥厌氧消化效果发现:在此范围内调节HRT对出水SCOD去除效率影响不大,TS和VS的去除率呈逐渐下降的趋势,而日均产气量有增大的趋势;在实验研究结果基础上,结合莫诺特方程、微生物增殖和底物降解的规律,推导出污泥消化的动力学方程。本文为高效连续式厌氧消化反应器处理污泥的应用提供了理论参数依据,对污泥厌氧消化技术的进一步研究和工程实践具有较大的实际意义。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a new sludge reduction technology explored that aims at properties of the excess sludge from typical municipal sewage plant,through ultrasonic pretreatment to strengthen the disintegration of sludge in use of high efficient sludge anaerobic digestion reactor.The experiment proved:①The longer of ultrasound treating,the better of the effect of sludge disintegration.In the test by disintegrating time is 45 min,the SCOD was obviously of great value to 1500 mg L-1,when ammonia will be reduced to 10 mg L-1.In pilot test by disintegratiing time is 120 min,the SCOD was at value to 2000 mg L-1,when TS,VS dropped to 16.63 mg L-1and 8.22 mg L-1.②The results of low dissolved oxygen sludge digestiing in low temperature show that:the sludge reductions can be achieved the conditions of the HRT for 15d and in low temperature.③The best quantity of reflux is 80Lh-1.By changing the HRT(inspecting at 30 days, 25 days and 20 days)and comparing the effect of the sludge anaerobic digestion we can conclude that:HRT has a low impact in the removal efficiency of SCOD. Experiments show that the removal rate of TS and VS is gradually declining with the decrease of HRT while the average daily gas production has a increasing trend.On the basis of experimental results and combining with the Monot equation and the regulation of the proliferation of micro-organisms the kinetics equation of sewage digesting is obtained.This paper can provide theoretical parameters for the application of efficient continuous anaerobic sludge digestion reactor and it has practical significance in further research and engineering practice of the anaerobic digestion technology.
