基于CAN总线技术的车辆悬架应力测试系统研究

【摘要】 随着车辆电子技术的发展,车辆的舒适性和安全性越来越受到人们的关注。悬架系统是汽车重要的组成部分,其性能是影响汽车行驶平顺性、操纵稳定性和安全性的重要因素。改善车辆悬架系统的性能,保证其舒适、安全、可靠的运行,是车辆电子领域研究的核心内容之一。因此,对车辆悬架的某些重要性能参数——弯矩、扭矩等状态参数的实时实况测试是十分必要的。本文结合“某型车辆悬架横臂的弯曲和扭转动态应力测试”科研项目,根据应力测试系统的设计要求,在具体方案的选择上,考虑到悬架应力测试系统数据传输量大、成本因素、以及现场总线的特点,选用CAN总线作为数据传输手段,提出了基于CAN总线技术的车辆悬架应力测试系统的设计方案。本文通过对车辆电子技术和总线技术发展现状的分析,以及对CAN总线技术的研究,完成了车辆悬架应力测试中动态应变数据采集系统的CAN模块软硬件设计及其实现方法。硬件平台选用了32位ARM处理器作为CPU,扩展了串行口和CAN总线,制作了硬件电路板,软件上主要是对CAN控制器驱动程序的设计。最后对CAN网络通讯距离和传输性能进行实验验证,结果表明CAN网络节点能很好的满足动态应力测试对它的要求,验证了方案的可行性和正确性,并很好的解决了实际问题。

【Abstract】 With the development of the vehicle electronic technique, more and more people pay attention to the comfort and security of the vehicles. Suspension system is the most important ingredients of the vehicles and the performance is a key factor, which affect the smooth ride, the operational stability and the security of the vehicles. Improving the performance of the vehicle’s suspensions to ensure the comfort, security and dependability of the working vehicles is one of the researching contents in the field of vehicle electronics. Therefore, it’s necessary to be real time measured and inspected to some important performance parameters of vehicle’s suspensions, such as the flexural torque, moment of torsion.The paper is combined with scientific research item—the dynamic stress test to flexure and torsion of the cross arm of vehicle’s suspensions. According to the demand of system design and considering the large data transmission, the cost and feature of Field-bus, CAN Bus is adopted here as a mean of data transport in choosing detailed scheme and the stress test system in vehicle’s suspensions based on CAN Bus technology is designed.Analyzing the development of present situation of vehicle electronic technique and bus technology and researching the CAN Bus technology, the design and realizing method of the hardware and software to CAN modular of dynamic strain data collecting system in dynamic stress test of vehicle’s suspensions are completed. Hardware platform uses 32 bits ARM as its CPU, extended UART bus and CAN Bus, making the circuit plate. About software platform, drivers of CAN controller compiled are mainly designed. Finally, Aiming at CAN Bus transmission distance and transmission performance experiment, It carries on experimental verification and test results prove that CAN network nodes meet the need of dynamic stress test perfectly and the scheme is feasible and correct. The system works well in practice now.
