基于单片机控制的高精度电荷校准仪的设计

【摘要】 本文主要论述了用于压电传感器校准系统中的电荷校准仪的原理及其软硬件设计,并按照电荷校准仪的研制工作的次序分为几大部分:首先是理论探讨、原理论证部分,在此提出了电荷校准仪的总体设计;其次是具体硬件电路与软件设计实现电荷校准仪部分;最后是误差分析与实验部分,即设计验证部分。本电荷校准仪的基本原理是以89C51单片机为核心控制部件,采用直接数字频率合成基本原理来进行设计的。本电荷校准仪设计的关键部分是DDS的实现上,主要体现在硬件电路设计方面,在频率合成、波形发生、低通滤波以及波形的频率和幅度控制等方面都做到了很好的实现。在论文的最后部分对电荷校准仪的误差进行了分析,并通过实验对电荷校准仪的功能和性能进行了验证,证明本电荷校准仪的设计完全达到了实验的要求。

【Abstract】 The theory and its designs of hardware and software of a charge calibrator which used in the calibration system of piezoelectricity sensor is being discussed mostly in this article. After that, according to the development order of the charge calibrator, we divide our work into the following parts:firstly, its theory discussing and demonstrating part, here we bring forward the overall design of the charge calibrator; secondly, we bring forward its actual hardware circuit and software design which we have done in the realization of the charge calibrator; at last, it’s analysis of the error and experiment part,namely, we validate the design here.The basic fundamental of this charge calibrator is: it takes the 89C51 singlechip as core of control, and adopts the direct digital synthesis theory in the design. The realization of DDS is the key part of this designs, it is mostly embodied in the design of hardware circuit.Here, we used a large number of integrate circuit which embodied in the realization of frequency synthesize, wave generate, lowpass design and the control of frequency and amplitude of wave. In the last part, we analyse the error of this charge calibrator, in addition,we do many experiments to validate the function and performance of this charge calibrator,and come to a conclusion that the design of this charge calibrator is completely satisfied with the need of experiments.
