近距离低功耗无线通信技术的研究

【摘要】 发动机及传动系统是装甲车辆的重要组成部件。实时监测发动机及传动系统各种参数可以及时了解战车的工作情况,及早地发现问题,正确地诊断故障,对于战车的后勤保障具有十分重要的意义。扭矩信号的测试一直受到传动轴的空间特性和运动特性的影响,不能采用常规的有线数据传输方式。考虑到无线通信特别适用于移动的设备或者人们不方便到达现场的情况,我们提出了将无线通信技术应用到发动机旋转部件的扭矩测试。论文深入分析了无线通讯技术和微带天线的基本原理,详细阐述了无线数据传输系统的设计方案,设计了基于nRF2401收发模块的无线通讯平台。针对传动轴内部空间狭小,测试环境恶劣的问题,设计了中心频率为2.4GHz的微带天线。针对串口、并口数据传输率低、接口陈旧的情况,设计了USB接口,实现了被测信号与计算机之间高速的数据传输。该方案具有功耗低,结构简单,安装方便,通信准确性高的特点。

【Abstract】 The engine and the driving system are armored vehicle’s important component. The real-time monitoring engine and driving system parameters can promptly know chariot’s working condition, early find the problem, and correctly diagnose the malfunction. Therefore, it has the important significance for the chariot’s logistics.Since the torque signal test has been affected by spatial and rotational characteristic of the transmission shaft, we cannot use the wired data transmission way. Considered the wireless communication is suitable especially for the locomotor equipment or the scene where people are not convenient arrive at, the real-time torque signal wireless communication system has been proposed in the paper.The paper has thoroughly analyzed the basic principle of wireless communication technology and microstrip antenna, elaborated the wireless data transmission system’s design scheme, and designed wireless communication system based on the nRF2401 transceiver module. Since the narrow space of the rotation axis and harsh testing environment, the microstrip antenna has been designed, working in 2.4GHz center frequency. Since the serial and parallel interface have low data speed transmission and old circuit interface, the USB interface has been designed in order to realize high speed data transmission between the measured signal and the computer. The device has unique characteristics such as low power, simple structure, easy installation, high communication accuracy.
