雷达信号处理器测试台中通信接口卡的设计与实现

【摘要】 雷达信号处理器测试台是为雷达信号处理器的测试而研制的,主要功能是采集雷达信号处理器输出的数字信号和模拟信号,以及模拟仿真各种雷达目标信号及雷达环境,是检验雷达性能和仿真的重要设备。针对通信接口卡在系统中的重要地位,文中特对通信接口卡的设计与实现进行深入的研究。本文首先介绍了雷达信号处理器测试台的设计要求、采用的技术措施、组成结构和工作方式。然后,就通信接口卡在系统中的重要作用,详细叙述了该卡采用的模块化设计思想,主要功能模块包括:多逻辑控制器组合模块、USB通信模块、McBSP串行通信模块、高速数据缓冲模块、总线背板接口模块,文中对各个模块设计原理与实现过程进行分析。最后对测试台研制过程中数据传输协议进行详述,主要协议包括:数据上传、数据下传、通信过程中的差错控制,分析各类通信协议提出的原因,拟解决问题及实现的方法,正是这些通信协议的实现,才使得整个系统研制得以顺畅。论文中所设计的系统已经交付使用,并且参与了一系列大型的试验,通过试验结果证明,论文中所阐述的系统符合任务书的要求,达到了系统的性能指标。

【Abstract】 This Test Bench is a project for the system of Radar Signal Processor, which mainly acquires the digit signal and analog signal output by Radar Signal Processor and analogues and simulates all kinds of target signal and radar environment. It is an important equipment to test radar performance. In accordance with the importance of the communication interface card in the system, it has made a profound research in the design and realization process of it in this paper.In this paper, it introduced the design demand and principle, technical measures, constitution principle and operation mode. The communication interface card uses modularized design conception, its main function modules include: multi-logic-controller module, USB transmission module, McBSP serial communication module, high-speed data buffer module, bus and back board module. It analyzed the design principle and realization process of each module in this paper, and detailed described the data transfer protocol in the research process, its main protocols include: data load-up, error control during the communication process, data load-down. Reason of each communication protocol proposed, problem demanding dealing with and ways to implement were analyzed. Only in this way all these communication protocols were solved, the research of the whole system can be made smothly.The system has been ultilized and participated in many tests. Through these tests, it can be concluded that the system is accord with the requirement of the task and amount to the performance index.
