【摘要】 农业是国民经济的基础产业,农业和农村经济的健康发展事关国民经济全局。现阶段,国家把“三农”问题的解决作为工作重点来抓,其中的农民增收又是重中之重,而增加农民收入的主要途径就是提高农产品的销售价格,实现农产品的增值,这就需要农产品的快速流通,所以,大力发展农产品物流势在必行。本文首先对国内外相关研究的主要观点进行了综述和简要评价,然后阐述了农产品物流的相关理论,为后面的分析提供理论支持。随后对国内外农产品物流的典型模式进行分析,找到可以借鉴的经验,为问题的解决提供经验支持。在这些分析的基础上,本文重点对烟台市当前主要的苹果流通模式进行分析,找出存在的问题。利用烟台市有利的物流条件和当前物流的先进技术,与国内外先进模式的经验加以结合,建立起适合烟台市实际情况的苹果物流模式,并利用物流中心选址的数学方法确定物流中心的位置;利用平面布置的SLP法对物流中心功能区域进行合理布局,然后阐述了信息支持系统的组成。最后考虑到国内物流各方面落后的状况,提出政府应提供一定的政策支持,并详细阐述了政府的职能作用及具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is the basic industry of the national economy, and the healthy development of the agriculture and rural economy affects overall situation of national economy. At the present stage, the country take the solution of the problems on agricultural, rural areas and farmers as the key emphasis in work, and increasing the income of farmers is the most important aspect. The main channel of increasing the income of peasants is to increase the selling price of agricultural products and add the value of agricultural products. All of these need speeding the circulation of agricultural product. So, it is imperative to develop the agricultural product logistic.The paper ,firstly, summarize domestic and foreign researches concerned, and gave a simple evaluation, then evaluate the theory of the agricultural product logistic to provide the theory support for the following analysis. Thirdly, by analyzing the typical model of the abroad and domestic agricultural product logistic, we could find out the experience drawn from them to provide the experience support for the solution of the problem.On the basis of these analyses, this paper analyzes the current main apple-logistic mode in Yan tai especially and finds the problems existed. We can make use of the favorable terms of logistic in Yan tai and advanced technique of current logistic ,and combine the experience of the advanced mode in abroad and domestic to establish a new apple-logistic mode that suit the circumstance of Yan tai. By using the mathematical method to determine the location of the logistics centre; By using SLP to layout the function region of logistic center rationally. Then evaluate the composition of the information-support system.Lastly, concerning the circumstance of domestic logistic, the paper suggests that the government should provide the policy support, then evaluate government’s function and specific measures.更多还原
