智能远传三相电表的研制

【摘要】 信息化是加快我国实现工业化和现代化的必然选择。坚持以信息化带动工业化,工业化促进信息化发展;才能提高科技含量、增加经济效益、降低资源消耗、充分利用人力资源。智能化电能表数据采集系统就是电力行业信息化的很好应用。电能表是电力企业收取电费的直接工具,其性能稳定性、测量准确性和可靠性关系到电力部门和用户之间的结算问题。现有的电能表集抄模式由于受到技术、经济的制约;还存在着如谐波干扰问题,掌上机红外抄表的人工问题,无线网络的传输质量与速率问题等等。采用网络集中抄表系统是一件使供电局、网络运营商及广大市民三方都受益的事情,因此引起了有关各方的极大关注与浓厚兴趣。本课题主要研究一种基于MSP430F149单片机为核心控制处理器的智能远传三相电能表的硬件结构和软件流程设计。该仪表集电量参数监测计量与显示为一体,电量参数监测采用专用测量芯片CS5460A,液晶显示器。该仪表具有集成化程度高、功能强、系统结构简单、成本低、抗干扰能力强、功耗低等优点,满足电能智能化管理要求,易于产品化。该电表还能通过ENC28J60芯片与主控制器通信连接实现数据远传功能。可以方便地实现实时监测、高速数据采集、查表打印、系统监控等功能,是电能表集抄未来发展的一大趋势,具有很好的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Informatization is the inevitable choice which accelerates to realize our industrialization and modernization. Only to insist on informatization bringing along industrialization and industrialization boosting informatization, we can heighten technology content, increase economy benefit, reduce resource consumption and make fully use of human resource. Smart electric meter data-collected system is useful applied in electric power industry informatization.The electric energy meter is the direct tool used to receive electricity charge by electricity enterprise. The performance stabilization, measure veracity and reliability relates to the balance problem between the electricity department and the user. There are some problems existing in the mode of the existing electric energy meter copy collectively. Such as the harmonious wave disturbance problem, the false problem of the infrared note, the transfers quality and transfers velocity problem through the wireless network. The network convergence note system attracts so many attention and interest because it benefits power supply offices, operation dealers and the spacious citizens.This paper basically studies the hardware structure and the software flow design of the smart remote transmission three-phase electric meter based on the MSP430F149 SCM as the core control processor. The instrument integrates computation with display of the electricity-flux parameter. The electricity-flux Parameter supervision adopts the special measure CMOS chip CS5460A and LCD. The instrument has some advantages such as high integration, powerful function, the simple system structure, low cost, strong disturb-resistant, low power consumption etc. It can meet the management requirement of the electricity energy intelligence and it is easy to productive. The electricity meter can achieve data long-distance transmission function through information communication between ENC28J60 and the main controller. The electricity meter has wide application foreground which can conveniently achieve so many functions such as real time survey, high speed data collection, query and print, system supervision etc and it is one of the main development trend in the future.
