【摘要】 电机保护控制装置已渗透所有发电、变电、供电和用电系统及电动车辆等生产生活领域。由于近年来微处理器技术的发展,给电动机保护器向智能化、多功能化方向发展提供了硬件平台,使得电机保护进入了一个飞速发展的阶段。有一类通过在绕组中埋入温度传感器而实现温度测量的,具有温度测量准确,对频繁启动、通风不良、环温过高等情况下的电机都能可靠保护等优点。因此本论文详细介绍一种采用PT100作为温度传感器,以单片机为核心器件的低成本高精度温度巡回检测系统。本系统主要从工程实际出发,采用分组三线制,既消除引线电阻的影响又达到简化外部电缆接线的目的,对元件选择、电路设计以及提高系统可靠性与抗干扰能力方面作了探讨和研究,针对环境条件差、现场干扰强的情况,系统专门设计了看门狗保护电路,以消除“死机”及被测信号中的噪声干扰,为满足精度要求,软件方法采用分段线性化处理,确保测量准确可靠。本系统利用Pt100铂电阻来检测各检测点的温度,实现16路检测点巡回检测并用液晶汉字显示各点的温度值,能实现各检测点报警温度的两级设定,可将温度及电阻值通过RS-485上传给上位计算机。有温度误差自动校准功能。本系统低成本,高精度,满足发电机测温的要求。因此本系统具有很好的实用价值。更多还原

Have a type of pass to cover up to spread a temperature sensor but carry out temperature diagraph into the temperature in round the set of, have temperature diagraph accurate, to the multifarious start, bad-ventilated, under the circumstance of electrical engineering all the ability credibility protect etc. advantage.So this thesis introduces a kind of adoption PT100 as temperature sensor, with single chip computer for the low cost and high precision Transferable Temperature CycleDetection System. This system mainly physically sets out from the engineering, adopt cent set three lines systems, The desing of the system is originated from actualengineering. We discuss and research the components choosing ,circuit designing and improving the trustiness of system and anti - jamming. Aiming at bad environment and spot strong interfer ,we design the protection circuit of door-watching dog and adopt digital filtering etc ,to eliminate the "system death"and noise interfere in the signal beingtested , software method adopt the segment line in cent to turn to handle , and to ensure exact and reliable measure.This system makes use of a Pt100 to examine each temperature that the examination order, carry out 16 road examinations to order to cruise to return to examination to counteract LCD Chinese characters to show an at all point temperature value, can carry out each examination point two class enactments which report to the police temperature, can pass temperature and electric resistance value the RS-485 up passes the place of honor calculator. There is quasi- function in the auto school of the temperature error margin. This system is low cost, high accuracy, satisfy the request that the generator measures.
