基于GIS的福建烟草病虫害管理信息系统构建

【摘要】 本研究以福建烟草病虫害监测数据为基础,应用互联网、数据库技术、GIS技术,构建福建省烟草病虫害管理信息系统。系统有如下功能:1)病虫害监测信息数据库,收录2004-2007年福建烟草病虫害监测信息;2)病虫害监测数据采集子系统,用户通过计算机网络终端,将监测数据上传到系统服务器的病虫害监测信息数据库;3)结合GIS技术开发的病虫害发生查询功能,通过电子地图直观地查询病虫害发生的各年份各类监测数据;4)分析烟蚜的监测数据,采用烟蚜测报经验模型马尔列夫链分析方法,实现烟蚜测报功能;5)烟草病虫害知识数据库,收录常见的烟草病虫害的知识,实现病虫害知识录入、列表查询、系统搜索查询功能;6)新闻发布子系统、用户管理作为本系统的辅助功能。研究成果可应用于福建烟草病虫害监测数据管理。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the management information system of diseases and pests of tobacco of Fijian was built based on the data of diseases and pests of tobacco of Fijian by using the Internet, the database technology and the GIS technology. The system was characterized by the following functions: 1)In the database of the monitors data of plant diseases and pests of tobacco, the monitor data of plant disease and pest of tobacco of Fijian in 2004-2007 was included; 2)In the data acquisition subsystem of the monitors data of plant diseases and pests of tobacco, user could upload the monitor data of plant diseases and pests of tobacco to database through the computer network terminal; 3) In the page of the GIS. user could inquires plant diseases and pests of tobacco through the electronic map ; 4) In the basis of the aphis monitor data and Markov method, the aphis occurrence could be forecasted; 5) In the database of the knowledge of plant diseases and pests of tobacco, including the knowledge of the common tobacco plant disease and pest, user could input and search information; 6) As auxiliary functions, the news management subsystem and the user management subsystem also was built. The research results may be applied in the management of the plant diseases and pests of tobacco of Fijian.
