静中通卫星天线座自动对星微机控制器

【摘要】 随着社会的进步和信息化技术的日益提高,伴随着卫星电视接收的逐步放开以及普及,人们对移动中通过卫星接收卫星电视节目的需求越来越大。采用静中通移动接收的要点在于天线的迅速自动对星。本文以静中通移动卫星电视接收系统为背景,主要研究基于微机控制的卫星天线自动对星天线座的电气与微机软硬件设计方案。引入单片微机作为控制核心,采用改进的H桥式电机驱动电路控制直流电机,驱动两轴天线座的静中通天线定位方法。文中讨论了卫星天线自动对星天线座系统方案的总体设计,考虑天线重量对直流电机影响的电机控制方法,天线系统的定位和电机控制算法,天线系统微机控制器的软、硬件设计,以及用于实时在线调试与设置用的通用型“PC机串口调试助手”软件的设计与实现。本系统经过调试,完成了天线控制器软、硬件的测试,系统运行可靠、稳定,实现了天线可靠定位,达到了预期的要求,证明了本文提出的系统设计方案是可行的。

【Abstract】 With the development of society and modern information technology, and more popular the satellite TV receive, people are eager to receive satellite TV program in mobile means. The key point to MVV (Mobile VSAT Vehicle) is to quick position the satellite antenna.The thesis is based on the MVV satellite TV receive system, it mainly discusses the whole scheme of the electric design and the software and hardware system of microcontroller unit. The auto-positioning controller of movable satellite antenna uses the MCU as the control core, adapting the MVV antenna positioning method by using the improved H bridge motor drive circuit to control the DC motor, driving the two-axis antenna pedestal. The paper discusses the following aspects: the main design of the auto positioning controller of movable satellite antenna, the controlling method with considering the weight affect of antenna to the DC motor, the algorithm of the antenna positioning and motor controlling, the software and hardware design of the antenna controller, the software design of the Universal PC Serial Debug Assistant which is used in the online debug and configuration setting.The whole system has been debugged, the hardware controller and the software system has been tested to run reliably and stably, and the reliable positioning of the antenna is realized and the expectable performance is achieved, it’s proved that the whole scheme of the system is available and valid.
