穿孔机预应力机架有限元分析

【摘要】 穿孔机是轧制钢管的重要设备,而机架又是穿孔机的核心组成部分。随着社会对轧制产品数量需求和对产品质量要求的提高,对穿孔机机架的承载能力和可靠性要求也越来越高。由于穿孔现场工作条件的限制,对穿孔机机架系统组成部件危险部位的应力测试无法进行,为了掌握穿孔机机架在工作载荷作用下应力水平和变形情况,就必须通过有限元分析法来实现。本文以宝钢无缝钢管公司SMS MEER设计的穿孔机机架系统为研究对象,利用接触分析和节点耦合技术将机架系统组成部件联接起来,进行了整体有限元分析。针对该穿孔机机架为预应力机架,有限元分析采用分步载荷的方法,把预紧力做为第一步载荷,工作载荷做为第二步载荷,分步计算,直观地得到了机架在各步载荷作用下的变形及应力分布情况。根据机架各部位的变形,算出了机架的刚度,并确定了轧辊箱与机架之间的装配间隙最小值。在整体分析的基础上,利用子模型技术,对应力集中部位建立子模型进行有限元分析;对机架压下螺母孔的过渡圆弧面,通过改进其结构有效地改善了该处的应力集中;并根据机架压下螺母孔的变形,确定了压下螺母与机架压下螺母孔之间的装配间隙最小值。

【Abstract】 Piercing mill is the most important equipment on the rolling pipe line,and the frame is the nucleal component of the piercing mill.As the increased demant on the rolled product,and the improvement of the product quality, Piercing mill frame must be the higher carrying and rel- -iability .Because of the restriction of the working conditioninthe locale , the stress test on the dangerous place of the parts , can’t be carried out usually ,and to obtain the stress value of the piercing mill frame ,FEA method must be taken.In this paper, assembly of the Piercing mill frame is constructby using contact analysis technique and node coupling technique to make FEA.Aimed at the piercing mill frame which is prestress frame,the FEA use substep approach load ,that preload is a first step to load and work load as a second load, the rack in each step under the load deformation and stress distribution is obtained.According to the deformation of frame, the stiffness of the frame is calculate, and the Minnimum of assemblage clearance between roll-box and frame is determinedOn the basis of global analysis,submodel anslysis is used on the position of stress concentration; stress concentrtion improved effectively on the transition curved surface of pressure nut aperture by using strcture improvement. According to the deforming of frame pressure nut aperture, the Minnimum of assemblage clearance between pressure nut and frame pressure nut aperture is determined.
