【摘要】 随着中国电信业的改革和发展,中国电信业即将进入“全业务运营”发展期,原有只经营固网业务的电信运营商将进入移动通信领域,同时结合原有企业转型延伸到的信息服务领域,电信运营商的全业务运营对运营支撑系统提出了更高的要求,原有的固网电信运营支撑架构面临新的挑战,做好在新时代条件下电信运营商运营支撑架构方案的研究和设计,为运营支撑系统演进和发展指明方向非常必要和有价值。本课题拟通过对全业务运营环境下电信运营商业务模式和管理流程的分析,结合业界一些成功的经验,提出适合全业务运营的电信运营支撑系统架构方案,分析和总结全业务电信运营支撑系统演进的发展趋势。论文结合笔者在中国电信集团公司及江西省分公司长期从事电信运营支撑系统建设、维护和管理的实践,通过理论研究、案例剖析、演绎推理的工作方式,研究分析了电信全业务运营的特点和新的业务运营、管理模式对运营支撑系统的机遇和挑战,重点论述从固网支撑系统转向全业务支撑系统面临的业务需求和难点,然后从运营支撑系统的构成要素分析和研究,提出了电信运营支撑系统架构方案,最后结合电信行业情况,总结和提炼出全业务运营支撑系统的未来发展趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 With its reform and development, China Telecommunication is supposed to make an entry in all-round business operation era, which means that fixed telecommunication carriers are going to do businesses in the field of mobile communication. Combined with its businesses in information service field, supporting framework system for former fixed telecommunication operation is facing new challenge. Therefore, in new era, to design more advanced supporting framework system for carriers, to offer directions to evolvement and development for operation supporting framework system seems necessary and meaningful. Drawing experiences from successful stories in this industry and by analyzing operation and management patterns of all-round business operation carriers, the following research is expected to put forward constructive telecommunication operation supporting framework system that is suitable to all-round telecommunication operation. And at the same time, it will also analyze its evolvement and predict its development trend.The thesis gets its firsthand data from the writer’s long-term work in China Telecom and in Jiangxi Branch, China Telecom. With his working on telecommunication operation supporting system construction, practice in maintenance and management, the writer gets characteristics of new business operation by way of theory study, case analysis, deduction and reasoning. In addition, he analyzes the opportunities and challenges that business operation supporting system meets owing to new business operation and management pattern. All in all, the thesis focused on marketing demands and difficulties it meets in the course of transformation from fixed telecommunication supporting system to all-round supporting system; then put forward supporting framework system of telecommunication carriers according to analyzing and investigating on factors that make up operation supporting system; At last, it generalizes and predicts its future development trend according to the present situation in this industry.更多还原
