【摘要】 公共资源在我们的日常生活中是随处可见的。所谓公共资源,是指可以被公众或者特定的团体成员使用的某个或者某类资源。由于资源的使用权不确定,由此便带来一系列的问题。对于使用者来说,他们对公共资源的使用分为即时使用和预约使用两种。两种资源使用方式都需要有一定的机制来保证资源使用的顺利进行。这套机制完成若干个功能:一是希望使用的人对资源的预定,二是对其他潜在使用者的告知,三是对资源的管理,四是利用自身的功能灵活规划,对已发生和还未发生但可能发生的冲突进行协调。有了这套机制,我们就可以保证,在任意一个时刻,每一个资源至多只会被一个使用者所使用;同时,在任意一个未来时间段内,每一个资源也至多只会被一个使用者所预约。会议室是我们熟知的典型公共资源,本文利用工作流和Petri网等技术研究了公共资源预定的一般方法及其性能,并开发了一套会议室预定管理系统,从多角度研究了会议室预定冲突的解决方案,对解决公共资源管理具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public resource is easy to find in our daily life. Public resource is a kind of resource that can be used by public or specific groups. Because of the uncertainty of the access of the resources, a series of problems occur. To the users, the public resources can be accessed in two methods: instant booking and reservation.Both of the two methods need a mechanism to assure the well-balanced operation. The mechanism realizes the following features: Reservations by the potential users; the broadcasting to the potential users; the management to the resources; the coordination to the happened or to-be-happened conflicts. Under the supervision of the mechanism, we can say that in any time slot, one resource can be accessed by only one user at most. Also, one resource can be reserved by only one user at most.The meeting room is a kind of the well known typical public resource. The rent fee of the office environment is one of the main parts of the business operation cost, and many companies are researching on how to take use of the public resources in high efficiency.Because of the previous reasons, the way to booking the public resources based on the work flow and Petri net technology and its performance will be researched, and the meeting room booking system which provides solutions to the booking conflict will also be developed.
