【摘要】 黑龙江农垦北大荒商贸集团有限责任公司是黑龙江农垦系统在流通领域的龙头企业,负责垦区及周边市县大宗农业生产资料、粮油及农副产品的市场销售,其农资分销业务占有集团较大的业务份额。在现有业务模式与规模的基础上,采用现代先进成熟的电子商务技术建设“北大荒农资与农产品分销系统”能够进一步优化企业作业流程、减少产品流通环节、降低产品市场价格、有效控制企业库存、加快资金周转、降低企业资金风险与运营成本,提高服务质量、增加客户满意度,有效促进集团业务规模的快速、平稳、持续发展。本文针对黑龙江农垦北大荒商贸集团有限责任公司的农资与农产品分销业务的现状,应用e-SCDP开发平台、SSL加密技术和WebService技术,设计并实现了北大荒农资与农产品分销系统。该系统基于Internet进行日常业务处理,已经在全省范围内完成推广,覆盖省内9个分公司、104个农资站及800余个销售网点,实现集团农资与农产品分销业务的统一管理,并在一定程度上实现了业务流程的优化。在北大荒农资与农产品分销系统的设计与实施过程中,本人作为主要系统设计人员参与了前期业务调研、系统需求分析、系统规划设计及一些系统编码工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Heilongjiang Farming Beidahuang Business Group Limited Company is a head enterprise in the circulation field of the Heilongjiang farming system, which is responsible for the selling of the bulk of agricultural materials, foodstuff, oil and agricultural byproduct in the farms and the surrounding cities and counties, and shares outstanding turnover in the agricultural materials selling of the Group. On the basis of the existing business model and scale, the Beidahuang Agricultural Materials and Produce Selling System using the modern advanced mature ecommerce technology can further optimize enterprise processes, reduce product circulation steps and lower market price. It can effectively control business inventories, accelerate cash flow, reduce business risks of fund and operating cost, at the same time it can improve service quality, increase customer’s satisfaction, and promote the business development of the Group fast, stably and continuously.In this paper the Beidahuang Agricultural Materials and Produce Selling System using e-SCDP development platform, SSL encryption technology and WebService technology oriented the status of the agricultural materials and produce selling of the Heilongjiang Farming Beidahuang Business Group Limited Company is designed and realized. The system based on the Internet has been applied in the province-wide covering nine branches, 104 agricultural materials stations and more than 800 stores.
