JN移动营销渠道策略研究

【摘要】 本文试图运用市场营销学知识,根据目前我国移动通信市场的经营运作现状,结合国内外学者在营销渠道方面的研究结论,以JN移动为研究对象,充分考虑到当前特有的社会经济发展情况,深入代理渠道、农村渠道进行调查,了解渠道发展中存在现实情况、渠道工作人员的工作流程及考核奖励情况,认真分析了JN移动在渠道工作中存在的问题、面临的威胁、面临的机会及其原因,并进一步提出了JN移动的渠道营销目标,改进的对策,还特别针对农村市场渠道建设提出了具体的实施方案。最后对3G牌照下发后营销渠道做了展望。

【Abstract】 This thesis try usage market marketing to learn knowledge, according to currently our country move correspondence market of management operation present condition, combine domestic and international the scholar is in the marketing outlet of research conclusion, think JN mobile is research object, full in consideration of current special society economy development circumstance, thorough act for the outlet, village outlet carry on investigate, understanding outlet development medium existence reality the staff member’s workflow of the circumstance, outlet and investigate reward circumstance, earnest analysis JN mobile in the outlet the work existence of problem, face of threat, opportunity and its reason for face, and further put forwardJN move of outlet marketing target, improvement of counter plan, return special aimed at a village market an outlet construction to put forward concrete of implement project. The end descended a marketing outlet to did outlook empress the hair to the 3G license
