【摘要】 中国电力科学技术奖属社会力量设奖性质,是电力行业最具权威的奖项,其奖励受理范围面向社会、面向电力行业,奖励对中国电力工业科技进步具有重要作用的科技项目和在中国电力科学技术进步活动中做出重要贡献的单位和个人。科技奖励是科技工作的重要组成部分,其对鼓励科技创新的导向作用和对科技人员的激励作用以及对科技进步的促进作用,始终得到各级政府及广大科技工作者的重视,因此如何保证科技项目评审的科学、公平、公正,是科技管理工作中一个不断完善的重要课题。本论文的研究目的就是探讨应用项目管理的理论和方法,对中国电力科学技术奖的评审过程进行管理,重点研究时间(进度)控制和质量控制管理,结合工作实际设计科学规范的管理体系,建立明确的流程和方法,使奖励项目评审工作按时保质完成。更多还原

【Abstract】 China Electric Power Science and Technology Awards is a prize for the nature of social forces, it is the most authoritative awards in the power industry.The admissibility is about all the society, and the power industry.It encourages the projects,the units and individuals that made important contributions to the electric power science and technology in China.Science and Technology Awards is an important part of Technology Management.It is attached importance to its innovation of science and technology and the promotion of scientific and technological progress by science and technology workers.It improves continuously that to make projects evaluation scientific, fair, just.In this paper, the purpose of the study is to explore the application of project management theory and methods in China Electric Power Science and Technology Awards,focusing on time (progress) control and quality control management.
