基于FLEXSIM的配送中心系统仿真与优化

【摘要】 物流仿真在我国已逐渐显出其重要作用。物流企业在面临物流工程项目投资新建或原有系统技术改造时,由于缺乏准确丰富的信息数据和必要的物流仿真系统决策支持,造成了项目建设投入的盲目性和资金流失。物流仿真借助计算机技术对物流系统进行真实模仿,通过仿真实验得到各种动态活动及过程瞬间仿效记录,进而验证物流工程项目建设的有效性、合理性和优化效果,因此物流仿真具有重要重要现实意义。本文以DHL北京配送中心为研究对象,结合Flexsim进行物流仿真与仿真效果分析,所进行的工作如下:第一,通过对配送中心的功能、结构、流程及管理控制方式进行分析、归纳和综合,提出配送中心的典型模式,然后再对配送中心功能结构进行层次化拆解,得到配送中心核心子系统的标准化模型。根据配送中心层次化结构模型,研究其仿真建模理论,提出仿真建模的总体思想和基本思路,同时在理论研究和实践经验的基础上,提出配送中心仿真建模过程中应该遵循的原则。第二,使用OpenGL程序模块重点研究配送中心仿真建模实现技术,包括物流设备仿真建模技术、流程构建方法及调度控制仿真实现技术。第三,遵循第一步提出的建模原则,按照三阶段仿真建模方法分别建立配送中心核心子系统的参数化仿真模型并完成以下工作:采用进化策略算法调整该配送中心的最佳库存量;分析计算出AS/RS系统的系统配置;采用粒子群优化算法对AGV系统进行调度研究;同时对DPS智能分拣系统和基于ASS的PAS系统进行仿真建模。第四,通过对输入数据的分析,归结数据的理论分布,结合仿真运行的结果,分析自动化物流系统布局的合理性、设备运行的效率和其利用率。建立设备的租购经济性分析模型为设备引进方式提供决策支持。

【Abstract】 Simulation of logistics in China has gradually become important. Due to the lack of accurate data and the necessary logistics decision supporting system,Logistics enterprises facing with the investment of new projects or technological transformation of the original system, always cause blind investments and financial loss. Taking advantage of simulation technology and dynamic simulation of different activities, we can follow the process of an instant recording and verify the effectiveness of the logistics project, and also examine the reasonability of the logistics simulation. In this paper, I take DHL Beijing distribution center for study and combine with Flexsim simulation system, the work carried out by the following:The first step, analysize the functions, structure, processes and management control of the distribution center. Summarize and integrate the typical pattern distribution centers. Then conclude the function of the dismantling structure and standardize the system model of the core distribution centers. According to the structure model and the theory of simulation modeling, summarize the general ideas and basic plans of designine distribution centers. Finally, through the theoretical study and practical experience on the basis of proposed distribution centers, simulation modeling process should be guided by principle.second step, using the OpenGL process modules which focuse on distribution centers to achieve simulation modeling techniques, including logistics equipment simulation modeling technology, process control scheduling and construction methods.Third step, established core subsystems of the parameters of simulation models, such as AS / RS system, AGV system, DPS intelligent sorting system and The PAS system by following the principle
