【摘要】 业务管理是电信网络管理的重要内容,是推动信息技术发展的重要驱动力。对于QOS的管理,是对业务全面有效管理的核心内容,也是促进下一代运营分析支撑管理系统发展的重要环节。在业务管理中实现对于业务QOS的管理,是当前网络管理中的重要课题。根据通信网络和业务技术的发展,在实际的应用系统中实现对于业务QOS的管理已经成为越来越迫切的紧要问题,因此需要在实验室研发的运营分析支撑管理系统中增加业务QOS管理模块以满足当前的业务管理发展趋势和具体的应用需求。本研究针对此课题和具体需求,根据电信服务等级协定SLA的相关标准,结合当前业务管理的发展趋势,研究如何在业务管理中实现QOS管理功能,并达到在具体的运营分析支撑管理系统中增加业务QOS管理模块的目的。本文首先对有关QOS理论和SLA流程管理的技术进行学习,描述了SLA过程中QOS参数的确定过程。然后定义了业务QOS管理的四个具体管理功能,并对在业务支撑系统中如何实现业务QOS管理进行技术分析。接下来本文从数据模型和系统功能模块两个方面对如何增加QOS管理模块进行设计。然后按照具体的功能项论述了怎样实现所进行的数据设计和业务QOS管理功能,在业务支撑系统中增加了业务QOS管理模块。并对该功能模块进行了测试和性能分析。本文最后总结了课题研究中的工作并对未来工作进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 The management of QOS is an important part in Network and Business management, Also It is one of the valuable trend for the OSS/BSS. The OSS/BSS system developed by the lab needs adding this function to adapt this future and the customer’s requirement.To Implement Of Business QOS Management in the BOSS, firstly paper study some theory like SLA and QOS. Base on these theory paper research the method that how to apply SLA process to collect the QOS data and to accomplish the Management of QOS. Then paper define four Part of the QOS management function. Using the method, Paper describe how to add two kinds of data type: SR (Service Request Data) and SP (Service Provide Data), paper talked that how to create data model and database having some status and time information. In this section, Base on the data model and database having status and time information, Paper analyze the function model of the pre-OSS/BSS system, and design how to accomplish the four function. In the last, paper also analyzed the performance issues bring by the new function. And describe how to test the new function module and the whole system.更多还原
