缺陷接地结构特性分析及在微波电路中的研究

【摘要】 缺陷接地结构(DGS)是近些年来在微波毫米波领域迅速发展的技术之一。DGS结构通过在接地板上蚀刻缺陷图案,改变接地板上屏蔽电流的分布,从而改变传输线的等效电感和等效电容,获得慢波特性和禁带特性。本文介绍了近来迅速发展的缺陷接地结构。对不同类型的DGS模型的频率特性以及等效电路进行了详细的分析,并介绍其在微波有源、无源电路及天线设计的应用中。本文详细讲述了DGS结构的起源、原理;对其进行准确的模型构建,并在其基础上对几种典型的DGS结构进行模型分析,总结了各参数的变化对频率特性产生的影响。并且将DGS结构应用到无源微波电路的设计中,完成了多阶DGS滤波器及使用不对称DGS结构进行谐波抑制的功率分配器的设计、测试和分析。实际电路使用网络分析仪测试结果,对测试结果和仿真结果的对比分析证实了研究过程及成果的正确性。本课题来自中国电子科技集团公司重点创新基金十一五项目以及中科院微电子所博士基金项目。研究成果对微波电路中小型化、提高系统性能有一定的帮助。

【Abstract】 Defected ground structure (DGS) is a kind of high technology in microwave and millimeter wave domain. DGS is the structure that etches patterms in the ground of transmission line. In this way, DGS could change the distributing of shield electric current in order to change the equivalent inductance and capacitance and have slow-wave characteristic and frequency band prohibition characteristic.The paper introduces the Defected ground structure and its applications, narrates the origin and theory, analyses the frequency characteristic and equivalent circuit of DGS in different types, designs the passive filter and optimizes the power divider with DGS. The real microwave circuit is tested with the network analyser. The test results are compared with the emulational results, which is proved right.The thesis is provided by the 11th Five-Year innovation fund project of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation and the Doctor fund project of Institute of Microelectronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The production of the thesis is aimed to miniaturization the microwave circuit and enhances the performance of systems.
