【摘要】 近年来,随着中国移动通信企业飞速发展,巨大的市场对移动通信企业提出了新的要求。其中,号码资源日益紧张成为亟需解决的问题之一。众所周知,号码具有唯一性和不可再生性,使得号码资源成为了重要的稀缺资源。号码资源在国民经济的各个领域的规划、运用和统筹管理日益提到日程上来。本文运用管理学知识,依据作者多年从事相关方面的实际工作的经验,主要以承德地区为例,从以下几个方面论述了如何对号码资源这种稀缺资源进行合理的管理、分配。主要包括:号码资源的总需求量的分析、号码资源利用率的提高、吉祥号码的使用与管理、对当前号码资源分配政策的分析,并提出一系列改进措施。文中所阐述的号码资源的管理方案针对我国通信企业现有政策和不久将来的市场消费水平考虑,对如何有效提高号码资源利用率作了较为详尽的论述,同时提出了实际可行的方案,希望这些努力能有助于我国通信企业将来发展战略的制定。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the fast develepment of the mobile communication companys in China these years,the great market has addressed higher command,especially in the number resources.As we all know,one telephone number is the only kind and unregeneration.So the telephone number resources has become important in our daily life,and also in our country ecnomy.This article discusses the distribution and management of the telephone number resources by the knowledge of management and the wrtier’s yearly work experience.It manily includes:analysis on the whole command for number resources,the improvement for the rate of use,the analysis on the present strategy,and finally gives some improvement.The proposals commanded in this article are in connection with the present situation and the futuer market.Hope that will do something good for our mobile communication companys更多还原
