【摘要】 目前电信运营商竞争日益激烈,减少客户流失已成为各运营商的经营重点。为了维系老客户,运营商花费了大量的人力、物力,维系成本变的越来越高。为了使维系成本发挥最大效益,运营商必须采用差异化的维系政策。论文针对当前客户维系工作的现实情况,开发上饶联通客户维系礼品管理系统。上饶联通客户维系礼品管理系统是利用现有的营帐网络,采用基于B/S三层构架的体系结构,以Microsoft IIS 5.0作为WEB服务器设计开发的。论文第一章介绍了本课题的研究背景、系统需求;第二章重点阐述了数据库的设计及通过WEB访问数据库的ASP技术;第三章对系统体系结构、工作流程、系统功能、数据结构等方面进行了总体的设计与实现;第四章给出了具体实现方法和部分功能的实现代码;第五章介绍了系统的不足和可拓展性。该系统功能模块主要分为三部分:1、工号管理部分,该部分是系统管理员对工号进行管理;2、信息录入部分,该部分主要功能是实现客户的过滤和礼品政策匹配,并录入活动信息:3、信息统计部分,该部分的主要功能是查询数据库,统计出礼品的赠送情况。论文对所实现的系统进行了系统测试,并提出了进一步优化方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently telecom operators in an increasingly competitive and reduce the loss of customers has become the focus of the business operators.
