【摘要】 本论文结合中国移动G省分公司的实际情况,设计了G省移动的电子政务解决方案。在本论文中介绍了电子政务,对电子政务、电子政府的概念进行了剖析和比较,并对美国、欧洲、日本、新加坡等发达国家的电子政务发展进行了研究,结合中国的实际情况,对电子政务的发展目标和政府部门对电子政务的要求进行了分析。在论文中就G省的实际情况,对于G省电子政务的发展现状、发展目标和发展策略进行了分析,然后就G省的电子政务给出了解决方案。解决方案包括网络解决方案、通用业务解决方案、特色业务解决方案,并对业务的布放进度给出了建议。在通用业务模块中重点介绍了综合VPN、一号通业务、IP Centrex业务、UC业务、语音会议业务和视频会议业务。在特色业务解决方案中重点介绍了交警通、工商通和税务通。所有的特色业务都分析了网络结构、业务功能和业务流程。最后,对G省移动电子政务项目带来的语音业务收入和信息划收入进行了预测。本论文对于网络解决方案、通用业务解决方案和特色业务解决方案都有介绍,但是重点放在了业务解决方案。本论文对于移动运营商结合地方政府的信息化工程,更好地发挥移动业务和移动网络的优势,融入地方经济的建设,捕捉新的机会点,具有较强的指导意义和操作性。更多还原

In Accordance with the status of China government , The objectives and strategy of e-government was analyzed. Based on the current status of G province, The e-government solution was designed. The network solution. General service solution and special service solution were all covered in the solution, The step rhythm was recommended in the last. In the general service module, VPN. One No. communication. IP centrex. UC. Voice conference .Video conference was emphasized. In the special service module, Transport. Business Administration. Taxi was emphasized. The network solution, Business function and Business process was analyzed in all the special service module. The revenue forecast was given based on both voice income and information income.更多还原
